The place was exactly as described. The hosts were great to work with. This home has everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were definitely a winner! Great location

Great location near beach and private pool

We had a few nights in Naples and choose this property because of the location and the private pool. While we were busy on the trip, we did manage to carve out a number of opportunities to relax by the pool. The property is close to everything. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. We were concerned about it being a duplex, but it turned out each side was very private and we never heard a peep from the family on the other side. The only concern was with the wifi as it came in and out making it difficult to stay connected (which did have the added benefit of forcing fun over work!). Thanks for the nice visit.

Short Stay

We booked this property for 14 days. After the first day we discovered there was a water line break under the house. The water had to be turned off. We stayed another day with limited water and then had to leave. We booked another property through VRBO but couldn’t get in for two days. The host refunded us their money but after waiting two weeks, VRBO has given us no response on any refund from them. Terrible customer service.

Good place to stay in north Naples and great renters.

Located in a nice residential neighborhood about 1 mile to the beach. Even though the house is an "attached house" or what I would call a duplex, the owners have done a great job of using natural landscaping to separate the rental outdoor space, and no sound could be heard between the units. This being said, the pool was the best part of the rental... very secluded and very good heater unit which could warm either the pool or spa very quickly. The outdoor screened cover was in great shape (even after hurricane Ian last year). Unit was well stocked with necessity items and very clean upon arrival. Owners seem very willing to resolve a couple of small issues we noticed during our stay that were not immediate concerns but simply improvements that could be made.

A Good Stay In A Nice Location

We stayed a week in June of 2024 at this listing. It was a three-bedroom, three bathroom home in a fairly quiet subdivision. The house is convenient to either Vanderbilt Beach or the beach at Delnor-Wiggins. There are a ton of stores and any type of cuisine you could imagine in the immediate vicinity. It's easy to get anywhere and we're glad we stayed in North Naples for this vacation. During our stay, the central air conditioner blew an in-line fuse and Kathleen & Anthony had the unit serviced and restored within a few hours. That was greatly appreciated! The bedding and towels were all fresh and clean upon our arrival and the furniture is in good condition. The kitchen is easy to use and everything needed was there. There are 3 beach chairs and a stack of beach towels available. The three bathroom areas were all clean and nice. The screened pool area at the back of the house can't be seen from the street and is private because every home has heavy foliage and/or hedges. We heard voices from other people at another house pool, but we couldn't see the people or their pool. We would stay here again!
