The location is excellent, the host was attentive and informative. The beds, sheets and bed covers were very old and need to be replaced. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep with the lumpy old mattresses. The master shower has mold and need to be addressed.Other than that it was a good experience.

This home is well maintained in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach, 3 min drive or short bike ride. It is as good as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Our Tu 7/8-M 7/14 stay was wonderful! My husband and I and our two adult children loved our visit! We received very clear instructions and details about the house in advance of our stay. The house was super clean upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable. The full kitchen was perfect for our family as was the spacious living room where we enjoyed playing card games most evenings. The in-unit washing machine/dryer were very convenient. The garage and the bikes/beach stuff and State Park pass were appreciated. The highlight was the pool and hot tub - the lanai was great for keeping bugs out and we had fun watching the lizards (outside of the screen)! Location was great - very easy to get everywhere we were going. Thank you!

Perfect!!!

Beautiful home! Great communication with host! Wonderful to have bicycles and beach chairs/umbrella. We found Lowdermilk beach and love it. It had parking, restrooms and a food and drink restaurant.

Spacious and comfortable plenty of room for 2 or 4 guests. Outside space smaller than expected. Within easy reach of beaches, shops and restaurants by car. Very private and quiet location for a restful holiday.

This is a great family property. Fun for my entire family. (from 2 to 77) The only disappointment was that the grill was rusted out so we did not use it but no big deal. We would rent the house again.

This was our second stay at the house, last one being Oct. 2020. Pool and hot tub were great. House was very clean. Everything in description was very accurate. 2 bikes, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and nice size cooler for the beach. Great house and location..!!!

2nd time here. Mattresses and pillows are in need of being replaced. Could use some beach towels to go along with the chairs & coolers. Kitchen needs glasses, pans. It’s a struggle to cook here. Scott is very helpful when we call or text about anything.

We had a wonderful month staying at this property. It provided everything we wanted for our stay. We noted a few small issues, contacted the owner he sent someone to rectify the issues right away. Our only comment would be it might be time to update the mattresses and the bedding. Lanai and pool are lovely, location is excellent.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this house. We had everything that we could possibly have needed. The pool, hot tub, patio, and grill were great features to us. Great proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We were able to go to the beach, and then come back to the house to go poolside and cook out, or get cleaned up to go out for dinner. The house was clean and spacious. It was everything that we wanted. We enjoyed staying here and will back in touch about future visits.

Affordable relaxation and beauty.

Easy communication, to boast a wonderful home nestled within a small neighborhood in a big city. Relaxing, covered and hidden spa and pool. Full kitchen with most amenities one would need. Access to bicycles, which honestly I enjoyed more than I thought I would. Quick access to the beach and park. Quick access to a small bar and groceries. Soft beds, little to soft for me but thats biased along with toilet space. I had a great stay, we all enjoyed it.
