Noteworthy: There will be extra fees for heating (not included in the rental price) (40 euros per stay). The cleaning must be done by the guests, or it can be organized for 50 euros. Towels and bed linens should be brought by guests, or may be rented for 7.5 euros per person. A tourist tax of 0.8 euros per person per night will be requested upon arrival.
