Need sun and calm just a stone's throw from the sea and the main summer activities? Ideal for 2 couples or a family (4 people), our new maisonette with its garden and terrace will perfectly suit your stay in one of the most popular areas of Saint-Cyr-les-Lecques.

Our maisonette is a large one-bedroom apartment of 50 m2 consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom (walk-in shower) & separate toilet, a living area convertible into a sleeping area, an equipped kitchen area and a an outdoor terrace with garden.
Located in the same property as our main house, it is a totally independent house.


FULLY EQUIPPED
Flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven with child safety device, microwave, induction hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, garden table, crockery.

The kitchen is open to the dining area. The living area has a sofa that converts into a double bed and a large closet. The bedroom has a large closet and communicates with the bathroom and the toilet. The set overlooks the outdoor terrace, accessible by 2 large bay windows.

HOUSEHOLD
Provide cleaning at the end of your stay by returning it clean on your departure.

CB imprint of 800€ made during your reservation.

FURTHER INFORMATION
Our house is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and rentals are reserved for over 25s. Completely independent (house alone and delimited exterior), it is located on the same property as the owners.
