3/4人までの落ち着いた魅力的なアパートメント、5月に改装済み、2015年にスペイン風の魅力的なヴィラ、独立したアパートメントタイプF2、1ベッドルーム、オープンキッチン、バスルーム/トイレ付き、所有者とプライベートテラスで共有される安全なプール。 別の入り口。 簡単なアクセス、完全な足、高齢者に最適。 ペットはいません（私たちは猫、その場所の真の愛人です）、喫煙はありません（屋外での喫煙のみ）。 最大2つのカップル、または2年からカップルと1人の子供（事前の同意がない限り）が期待されます。 リネンとシーツが提供されます。 四季を通じて非常に観光客が多く美しい地域。 冬は、原則として非常に穏やかで、非常に快適な気候と穏やかな風が続きます。 完全な週のみのレンタル（輸送の都合上、日曜日の夕方から日曜日の朝、または年中無休の日曜日から土曜日までの7日間（夜込み）） ）

It was a very good location. The apartment was very pleasant. The kitchen equipment was a bit limited, but sufficient. The pool was cleaned especially for us. Wonderful weather and a great setting. Highly recommended. The landlady was very discreet and unobtrusive.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Laurence !La maison est très bien équipée, elle est parfaitement propre et l'intimité est totalement préservée.Laurence est d'excellents conseils, disponible et d'une gentillesse en adéquation avec la sérénité des lieux.La mer est à quelques minutes à pied et que ce soit St Cyr ou les environs sous 15kms, tout est vraiment magnifique !Nous conservons l'adresse précieusement pour revenir...très vite !

Eine saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter und ruhiger Lage zwischen Strand und Bahnhof. Der Höhepunkt sind der Pool und die Außenanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Vielen Dank!

Un coin de paradis

Un logement comme on en voit rarement en location dans une tranche tarifaire plus que raisonnable. Une propreté impeccable, aménagé et décoré avec bcp de goût, équipé comme à la maison !!!! Laurence est vraiment adorable et la piscine privée, juste pour nous, tellement appréciée !!!! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr, et donnerons l'adresse à tous nos amis ! N'hésitez surtout pas !!!!!

Lovely place and town

Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Kleine mit allem ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen auf einem privaten Grundstück mit eigenem Eingang. Alles drin und dran mit ausführlicher Erklärung von Claire. Leider gibt's wie überall in Südfrankreich viele Mücken aber keine Moskitonetze am Haus.

Ruhig gelegen und mit schönem Pool

Schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt - und nur 10 Minuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang zum Haus und zum Garten. In der Küche findet man alles, um wirklich mal zu kochen 🙂. Unproblematisches Parken direkt vor dem Haus.

Perfect als always

We stayed again at the wonderful place from Laurence and Christian and everything was well prepared. The apartment ist fully equipped and it is the right place for people who are looking for a quite and nice place. One of the highlights ist the pool. We will be back for sure.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und uns gut erholt. Die FeWo befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Herzlichen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen mit niveauvollen und hilfsbereiten, freundlichen Gastgebern. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Einbindung der Fereinwohnung in ein gewachsenes Wohngebiet. Traumhaft schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen am Pool. Der Innenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden (Föhn, Schminkspiegel, Küchenutensilien, Hand- und Geschirrtücher, Wäscheständer usw.). Wir sind etwa 12 Minuten gelaufen, um zum Strand zu kommen. Für uns ein Ort, um unbedingt wiederzukommen.

Charming place

I stayed with my daughter at that charming place for one week. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area very much. The perfect place for us to relax and rest. The appartment made us feel comfortable and Laurence and Christian Chauzit were very welcoming and pleasant hosts. Clair was also very friendly and of much help. Thank you. It is a nice walk to the beach and you can even walk to the supermarket. If you have a car or bicycle everything is very close. There are nice restaurants alongside the beach to one side. We would like to come back again!

Lovely place with a lot of privacy

We had a warm welcome and the Apartment was very clean and perfectly outfittet. Whenever we had a question, Claire was there and she managed all things very well. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood and a only 10-15 min. walk to the beaches. We really enjoyed the stay and we will come back for sure. Klaus

Excellent and Friendly Accomodation

I have enjoyed stayying for 2 weeks in this nice appartment. There is not much more to say about it as the pictures talk to themselves. What impressed me most was the very friendly wellcome by Laurence and Christian on arrival, as well as their helpful advices for the area and where to find good restaurants during the stay. I like to go back there!!

The owners are an old couple (69/70 years old). They are retired and both of them are handicapped (stroke). They are calm, discreet, and autonomous all the same, but friendly and little disturbing!

We have chosen Saint Cyr for its location, calmness, climate and above all the facilities for our situation. You will fall in love with the house but it becomes a bit big for us and our pensions are a bit small.

It is calm even in summer and close to all facilities. A car is not necessary. It is a magic place with family environment and charming neighbours!
