With a large private deck, this single-level Sea Colony Tennis Community condo features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Non-smoking.  3 TVs, 2 DVDs, outside shower, Wifi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

A family vacation

This home was right between the tennis courts and pickleball courts. Great for clinics and night time pickleball games under the lights. The trams were good for taking us to the beach and driving us back home. The pots and pans were clean and the owner had soaps and detergents available. The condo was great and I would stay there again and take advantage of more tennis clinics.

Additional fees not disclosed

The property itself was a small cottage. Very clean and part of a large rental development. However, it was very difficult to find. The map was not helpful and signage is very poor. Additional fees to have access to amenities such as tennis( which we did not use since we only stayed one night ) was not disclosed until after booking. This is unacceptable!

Good house, nice location

We really enjoyed our vacation at this house on Bethany beach. We will come back in the next year and try and stay longer. Great community, with amenities like tennis, pool, easy access to the beach, restaurants etc.

"Ok" at best

We just returned from our stay at this unit in Bethany Beach. Sadly was not impressed. Upon arriving, there was an odor from garbage than had not been removed by the cleaning staff. Looking out to the deck it was a complete mess, covered in debris and also in need of a cleaning (which we did ourselves). Several hand soap bottles were empty, there was no dishwasher soap provided, nor extra garbage bags. Sure enough as others have noted was awakened at 8am sharp by blaring music from the tennis center, which lasted for a couple hours in the AM each morning. The unit was in "ok" shape, slats missing from the blinds on the front glass door, only one of the keys worked (lock seemed like it needed replacement), and as others mentioned the paint on the bar area was chipped. Bedding was poor, thin mattresses and super thin pillows. Given the nightly rate, felt like it was overpriced and in need of some TLC both in the unit itself as well as the cleaning. On the positive side, leading up to the stay the Vacassa folks were very timely in their email responses. We would not stay here again.

Bright open living space

Convenient west-end condo across from the tennis club. It has a bright, open living space with tastefully decorated rooms. Plenty of room for our group of 4 to stay! The only suggestion for improvement is covering the surface of the bar and replacing mattresses. We would stay here again!

Not welcoming

Dirty towels next to the door upon entry. Called manager. Staff came to pick up is not friendly. Also no clean towel upon entry. Then on the date of check out. Staff knocked at door at 10:00 (exactly) asking why I didn't check out. When questioned, she said the check out time is 10. A lot of ants. One of the light in the kitchen is not working.

Nice little condo

Recently updated with very cute furnishings. Nice back porch with a shower to wash off, & great water pressure. Renters should know this location is right next to the tennis complex-that blares loud music early every morning, and there is traffic noise. I would also recommend bringing your own pillows because the ones provided are low quality, as is the bedding. Lots of ants in the kitchen. Not saying this to be negative-it’s a nice little condo! We would stay here again. Thank you!
