Vacation Rental Description:
Enjoy a relaxing escape in this well furnished 6th floor oceanfront condo located in the Farragut building. This newly renovated unit features a modern kitchen.

Sixth floor, renovated beachfront condo with a balcony and
breathtaking view of the ocean. It overlooks a large heated pool and children's
pool. Elevator access and a few steps from the sand.

Easy walking access to Edgewater fitness center and indoor pool with shuttle service to Sea Colony's world-class tennis facilities and Fitness Center with Olympic sized pool.

Rental includes a covered reserved covered parking space near the building entrance. Rolling carts are provided near the parking garage for moving luggage. This unit is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday. Max Occupants: 6 adults

Parking Notes: Parking space #: Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 9:00 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please read the amenities list for what is included and not included. Linens are NOT included, but may be rented from our cleaning company up to 1 week prior to your arrival. We do not provide consumable products such as dishwashing soap, toiletries, paper products or other similar supplies.

Great location!

We love Sea Colony and all their beachfront condos have to offer. While showing a little wear, the updated kitchen and room for six was nice and the views even better. The property manager was very responsive.

Great View and Perfect for Family of Five

I recommend this Condo. for a family of five. The Sea Colony resort is so comfortable. The amenities are vast and access to the private beach and pools makes this rental a great place for a summer family getaway.

Beautiful condo and conveniently located

It's a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located in the middle of all the buildings, which was helpful since our extended family was spread out from one end of Sea Colony to the other, so we tended to meet in front of our building at the beach, although it really doesn't take long to walk from one end to the other.

Excellent Place To Stay

We enjoyed everything about the condo! Upon arrival it was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The condo is beautifully decorated which gives the atmosphere a peaceful energy. Plus, you just can't beat the view and being minutes away from the beach and the pool. We loved the balcony and enjoyed a few meals there, too. It is just and excellent place for to stay! I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic Beach Vacation Spot

We've stayed at Sea Colony a few times and this is one of the better units we have stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, etc that we needed for meals. The unit appeared to be well maintained and updated. The view is great. There were nice touches like a drying rack, beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys in the unit. We had a fantastic stay.

Lovely place and great time

We loved and enjoyed our stay here. The condo had a very homely feeling around it and we loved that. The proximity to the water and the spectacular views of the waves and the dolphins swimming by are worth noting. Great stay

Great location and very nice place. We had 6 adults and a baby and it was a bit crowded. I would recommend no more than 4 adults and a couple children. The condo was clean and fully stocked with all you could possibly need for your stay. The owners were very nice and answered any questions that I had. Sea Colony is an excellent place to spend your vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Sea colony rental.

The parking space was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was well protected for a 2 year old. Unfortunately we were disappointed the tv in the master bedroom kept freezing the picture, basically we could not watch anything. Overall we were pleased with the property.

Pleasant stay in great location

We had a nice time with our family at this condo. The location is very convenient in terms of facing the peaceful beach and ocean and walking distance to the deli in Edgewater building next door as well as the marketplace across the highway. We also found it convenient to rent bikes and beach chairs although we also found some chairs in the closet. The management team responded promptly on the portal. We had a few maintenance issues and almost all of them were addressed. The deck chairs were nice to relax in and the master bedroom had a good firm mattress. A/C worked well. Sea Colony is a very convenient place for a family vacation.

First timers!

This was our family's first time staying at Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. We loved out stay and are looking forward to coming back every year! Condo was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the beach. We loved hearing the ocean waves each night from the master bedroom. I joined a few FB groups and saw some concerns through other rental companies and we didn't have any issues that others reported (mainly cleanliness). Condo was clean! Owners are very responsive. The cleaning crew accidentally locked the door and we received immediate help on how to get in. The linen services company sent the wrong fitted sheet for the master bed and the owners were available and quickly fixed the problem. They followed up and made sure our stay was perfect!

This property was amazing! We have stayed in multiple locations at Sea Colony and this one was our favorite. The view was spectacular. Check in and out was easy. The room came with everything we needed for our stay. It was quite spacious and nicely accommodated our family of four. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location, Good accomodations

We’ve spent many many summers at Sea Colony as our children were growing up. Now we are bringing our grandchildren. This was by far the best location and best accomodation we’ve had over the years. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive.
