Our luxury resort condo is a DIRECT BEACH WALKOUT to beautiful Lake Erie. Sip your morning coffee or a glass of wine (purchased from a local winery) while relaxing on our covered patio directly on the lake. Master bedroom has king sized bed along with wood bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom, twin on top. Second bedroom includes a queen size pillow top bed. Spa amenities include large walk-in shower with 6 separate shower heads, relaxing rainfall shower head, and tiled bench to sit and enjoy being immersed in your luxurious shower. Second bathroom includes a full shower and an extra deep jetted-air tub. Geneva-On-The-Lake is a summer destination for many. This small town became Ohio's first summer resort! A true slice of Americana where John D. Rockefeller, Harvey Firestone and Henry Ford would come to camp, fish and have fun! Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a "girls" get-away, this remains a great place to unwind and have fun! SO MUCH to do: Nearby Wineries. Fantastic local restaurants. Golf. Arcades. Fishing. Geneva State Park (marina w/ fishing charters or dock rental for your own boat, bike rentals, hike/bike paths, zip-line)WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved. Do not rent for parties. Excellent spot on Lake Erie shore has everything you need, and Spectrum CATV, a rarity these days. Probably the comfiest recliner and sofa you could desire. Geneva has a Giant Eagle grocery store and a terrific BF/Lunch spot, Honeybees. Condo development was dead empty for Thanksgiving, which was also enjoyable, a heated indoor swimming pool and mini gym. Owners delightful to communicate with, rapid responses.

My sister and I had a wonderful time. The place was clean and comfy. The views off the lake were beautiful. My only concern was we were having coffee on the patio and the unit above us appeared to be cleaning their patio. The water above came down on us. Now that being said, we would for sure visit again.

We had an amazing girls weekend from start to finish with A1 communication with host! Questions answered immediately and the cleanliness of this unit was the best I have ever stayed in. The condo was beautiful, clean, perfect in every way. Loved the location! We are four "Golden Gals" who vacation once a year together. This was year 18 and out first time in Geneva. We always went to Myrtle Beach but no more. If we remain healthy we hope to go back next year

We have stayed in 3 different units in this building and by far, this unit was the coziest. The furniture and colors were very homey. The jetted tub was the great! And the kitchen was perfectly stocked without the usual clutter of a variety of dishes, flatware, etc. I hate digging for what I need! We had some questions on how things worked, and the response time was exceptional.We love this location, and will likely be staying here again in the not too distant future.

Even better in person! Hosts communicated with me quickly. Room is 2 doors away from the pool and walkout right to the beach! A very short drive to the strip. We’d love to book with them again :)

We were wanting a relaxing get away and couldn't have been more pleased. Sitting on the patio and just looking out at the lake and listening to the waves was just what we wanted. It was a total stress free 2 days.

A great place to relax

It was a beautiful condo and lake view was amazing even though we stayed out of season and everything was closed so we will be planning a trip back when everything is open

I took this picture of Nick the first time we walked into the condo as the new owners. He walked straight through, opened the sliding door, and stepped onto the patio. I felt like he was thinking, "We're finally here.", taking in the beautiful view. Growing up in NE Ohio, Lake Erie, especially the Ashtabula/GOTL area, was a short drive from home. A trip we've made often from Youngstown. Nick has fished Lake Erie his whole life. Nothing like fresh walleye or perch! We enjoy many of the activities of the area, including the wineries and many wonderful local restaurants. And let's not forget the lake, itself! Owning our own place on the lake has been a dream we've shared for awhile. We're happy to welcome you to our home on the lake.
