The pool is OPEN!

WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved.

***FEATURES:
• This is a second floor, third level unit with 1,500 square feet
• Secure entry into the building and condo unit
• Large great room with Wi-Fi, cable, smart TV, and fireplace.
• Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and traditional coffee maker and a breakfast bar that seats 6.
• Laundry room
• Many closets, tiled floors.
• Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and relaxing mood LED lighting
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV.
• Vertical spa shower (6 shower heads) in the master bath and shower and tub in the hall bath

***YOU CAN WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Sunset taxi and wine tours (call ahead for services/hours)
• The Loft at Indian Creek (full bar, several TVs and sit down dining) Open year round but hours may be limited in off season
• Gas station and convenience store open year round
• Putt Putt and ice cream during peak season

***WITHIN A 5-10 MINUTE DRIVE:
• Geneva-on-the-Lake strip with arcades, restaurants, putt and putt and more during peak season
• Adventure Zone (putt putt, batting cages, bumper boats, zip-lining)
• Geneva State Park
• Canopy tours and kids’ adventure courses

***We DO provide the following: Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, bedding, towels, hair dryer, blankets and dishes/cookware/utensils/glassware.

***We DO NOT provide bath soap, shampoo, tooth brushes, toothpaste, razors, etc.

***A noise aware system is installed in the unit. It measures decibel level only and notifies me if it gets too loud, it does not record any conversations.

***The hot water tanks in these condos are smaller than a normal house, so you may need to plan/ scatter showers accordingly.

The view from the balcony was beautiful and very calming with the lake waves crashing. Would recommend this condo to anyone and hope to stay here again.

Because of it being an end condo only had partial view of lake from balcony. Condo was clean and check in was easy.

this is our second time staying at this unit, and it was amazing! we really like to condo! beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean! our host is very helpful and is always available if you need to ask any questions! definitely will stay here again!

Fall Getaway

Lake condo

We stayed 4 nights in February. Had a nice view of the lake. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was great at answering questions we had. It looks like a fun place to go in the summer!

Birthday getaway

Had a great time staying in gotl for the a weekend. The condo was great, clean and inviting. Had all the amenities, was very spacious and felt very comfortable. Loved the view of the lake and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.. thanks again Michael

Lovely Condo and Location!

This condo was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately clean. We love the building, with its indoor pool, private beach, and proximity to the Strip. The host was responsive to our inquiries and very friendly. It is a corner unit so, although it has a view of the lake, it is to the side, not straight on. The view from the deck off the living room was beautiful and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this unit!

Lovely place!

Everything was perfect! Master bedroom & bath very roomy & so comfortable. Condo is open concept, beautiful decor & all the convenience to make your stay perfect. Pool is large, very nice. Beach area easy to get to. Many Adirondack chairs to sit & enjoy the lake. Close to strip( a short drive) where you’ll find plenty of places to eat & so much entertainment for kids. Wonderful property- Wonderful Stay

I have nothing negative to say about this condo and experience. We were there for my 66th Birthday celebration. The experience was fabulous from beginning to end. Keyless entry to the building, condo, and pool. The condo was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there. The location was great and convenient. There's a convenience/gas store and restaurant directly across the road and it's only a couple of minutes to the Strip. The view from the patio was amazing. We utilized the pool every day. The beach area in front of the building was so peaceful. Communication with the owner was exceptional, my only caveat to newbies like me is to check your Span/Junk email folder. I almost lost the condo because I didn't reply in a timely matter, my fault. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and would recommend it HIGHLY.

Great unit but no air conditioning

We loved the unit and everything about it except our air conditioning did not work and we had 90 degree temps outside. The host was immediately contacted once we realized the air conditioner was freezing up. We wished the host would have addressed this issue immediately instead of saying it would be looked at after our stay. We felt our comfort should have been his concern.

The unit is spacious and the view from the balcony is very nice. It gives a very pretty view of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked as are the paper products. I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Spacious, well appointed unit with 2 bedrooms and baths a large living/social area, a well equipped kitchen and a balcony with a “lake view”. Unit was clean and all necessities provided.

Maybe it was just my fault but from the photos I thought there were 2 balconies - one on the side and one facing the lake - but there was only the small one on the side. The condo was very nice and well appointed. Again, just me, but the bed in the master room was too hard and I couldn't sleep on it, but I often have that problem. The private beach was nice.
