I welcome you in my charming apartment of 50 square meters, located on the 1st floor without elevator and ready to receive a maximum of four people (either two couples, or a couple with children). It is ideally located in a quiet area, close to all amenities and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful BOUCANET BEACH. For more information, please read the detailed description.

I am delighted to welcome you to my home for your future dream holiday!

My accommodation is bright, well equipped (WIFi, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Bed linen, Iron...) and ideal for a long stay. You will appreciate it for its comfort and charm!

To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: a beautiful living room equipped with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a coffee table, a television with box and WIFI; a dining area with a dining table for four; a fully equipped kitchen: Coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils; a spacious bedroom with double bed (160 cm bed), cupboards; a small balcony where you can hang out clothes; a small bathroom with shower-WC and storage cupboards.

It should be noted that the flat is through, it is forbidden to smoke. Also, the cost of cleaning is at the tenant's expense and there is free parking next to the residence.

The flat is popular with travellers due to its ideal location. It is ideally located at the foot of the sea, 3 minutes from the Cinéma Vog and close to shops, bakeries, presses, butchers, caterers and restaurants. Moreover, it is in the city centre. Thus, you will be able to discover the most important places of the city such as: the Aquarama France amusement park at 4 min walking distance, the Tourist Office and the Port Le Grau-Du-Roi at 10 min walking distance, the Arena at 16 min, the Casino Tranchant at 7 min driving distance, the Beach of Grau du Roi and the Seaquarium at 8 min driving distance and the Port Camargue at 10 min driving distance. You cannot miss the Plage Nord, the POINT ZÉRO, the Parc Ponant Aventure Plaine Jeux, the Aventure Minigolf and the Étang de Salonique which are less than 10 minutes away by car. You can find a free parking next to the residence.
Moreover, the flat is close to a cycle track that links Grau-du-Roi directly to Grande-Motte, running along the sea and the pine forest.

## Emplacement
Famous seaside resort, 30 minutes from Montpellier, Le Grau-du-Roi is located in the heart of the Camargue. Between magnificent landscapes and manades (traditional bull farms), you can enjoy a strong heritage and many activities. Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the city offers the beautiful beach of Espiguette, the Seaquarium or the Arena of Grau du Roi where you can discover the typical Camargue race. In the city center, you can walk around and, if you are lucky, watch the famous jousting events, tournaments on boats between 2 teams.
