The apartment: Offers a nice view of the surroundings and the sea with access on foot at 300m. Studio Cabin type with 1 Cabin for 2 children and or teenagers, very comfortable renovated. (Equipped kitchen, Shower room, Contemporary decoration).
Located on the 1st floor out of 5, with elevator of a secure residence, it has 3 beds, to spend a great holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the private parking space, in the residence or in the street during your stay and explore the area on foot. *Dog allowed on request 30 euros supplement*

Lounge side:
The living room opens onto 1 large bay window where you can share good meals with family and/or friends on the loggia. Come and discover the Local Specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Monkfish Bourride, Bull Gardiane, La Rouille Graulène different from Sète rouille...
Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (4 induction rings, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Senséo coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people which will allow you to welcome your meals and guests.

Sleeping side: 1 sofa opening in 140 cm, Square pillows 65x65, Duvet. Cabin: Bunk Beds for 2 Children or 2 Teenagers - *kit sheets and towels will be brought to you on reservation at 25 euros for 2 people for 1 bed.*

Location: Ideally located 500m from shops and market in season (ice cream parlors and restaurants, pharmacy, caterer, bakery, supermarket), around Le Vog cinema, 300m from Boucanet beach via access n° 10. This apartment is located on the right bank of Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port where you can discover local life, watch the passages of trawls returning from fishing by the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the trades of fishing: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up sales stalls along the Quai Colbert...
