Designed to envelope the soul in tranquility, this three-story townhome has amazing ocean views. Sleeps 6 comfortably, with two kings and one queen bed. One primary bedroom includes a bathroom suite. The other shares the hall bath which has recently been renovated with a walk in shower. New gorgeous tile throughout! ***Experience the epitome of seaside luxury in our recently renovated primary bedroom bathroom. A thoughtfully designed retreat, the serene bathroom hosts a large walk-in shower with exquisite tile work. New tile throughout the entire room! (Photos to come!) Includes a walk in closet.

The main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen, half bath, laundry room, family room, dining area, and ocean viewing area.

The gourmet kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, gourmet pans, dishes and serving ware. A gourmet coffee maker with both a Keurig dispenser and regular carafe is provided. A laundry room houses a full size washer and dryer.
A generous wooden table with Renovation Hardware style seating fills the dining area. Serve meals made from the gourmet kitchen which includes a five burner/warmer cooktop and convection/conventional oven.

A favorite area in the home is the viewing area. This area is surrounded with windows and houses two cozy wicker gliders and a table. You feel so close to the water in this area, almost like you're on a cruise ship! Relax here to watch the sunrise and sip your coffee or watch the moon rise and gaze upon the ocean~ absolutely incredible. The townhome is stocked with bedding, towels, beach towels and 6 beach chairs. The lower level contains a garage to park your car or store your kayaks and surfboards.

The balcony on the main floor houses seating. The second level also includes a private balcony off both of the primary bedrooms. Relax on Adirondack chairs on the private, newly built deck below. A private shower and hose are located right by your deck. So close to the ocean! There are three levels: the garage, the main living area and on the third level, all bedrooms. Incredible views! Please note that there are two sets of stairs.

***Our beachfront townhome boasts a recently completed dune renovation by the Army Corps of Engineers ensuring not only a stunning view but also enhanced protection for the beach and dune ecosystem. The beach renovation makes it even easier to step onto the beach. Photos to come soon!

Location, location, location! We have private access to beach which is never crowded.

Directly on the beach but minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine~exactly 5.1 miles, about 13 minutes by car. TPC Sawgrass PGA Tour Golf Course is 34 minutes away. Publix shopping is 2.1 miles or a 3 minute drive. Amazing restaurants nearby include Caps on the Water, The Reef, Aunt Kate's, and Beaches. All very close!
