We love this property! A magnificent spot on Vilano Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of St Augustine but easily accessible if you want to explore. The views, the beachfront acess out the door, and the nearby Publix was everything we needed. The home is well stocked and comfortable for our family of 4. A gem!

This townhouse was absolute perfection. The views of the waves and beach were breathtaking, and everything inside looked exactly like the photos—clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The owners were fantastic—super responsive and easy to communicate with prior and throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to the St. Augustine area!

This is a fantastic place. The view is as advertised, the unit is spacious, communication with the hosts is virtually instantaneous, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked (although a couple of wooden spoons would be nice). After our stay in August, I tried to book again in October, but, unsurprisingly, nothing was available.

Our stay was perfect. Everything about the unit was exactly as described and I have never seen a rental this clean and stocked with every necessity you could possibly need. The location was great with things to do close by and a short drive to historic downtown. Will definitely be back as this was our best family beach vacation yet!

Morning Sunrise

5 star! From the home accommodations to the morning sunrise, we couldn't have asked for a better place. We cooked a few meals in house and were really surprised with all the kitchen had to offer. Sleeping arrangements were great as well. A few short steps off the deck and your toes were in the sand on what felt like your own private beach. My 14-15 yr old daughters want me to share that the only thing that could have made it better was a hot tub on the bottom deck, lol. We already plan to reserve it for next year. One suggestion, consider a fridge in the garage to store ice bags and beach beverage. Many thanks...it will be a high recommendation from us.

Just perfect

Two couples, one week (wish it had been two weeks), a perfect place. We walked the beach at least once a day, every morning, and sometimes afternoon too, beach is just steps from the deck that has eight chairs, so room for more guests. Choice of spaces inside, a smaller outdoor table with four seats, the indoor space shown in the photograph, living room with couch and chairs, huge dining table, perfect kitchen. Easy access to St Augustine if you’re interested, and a number of restaurants within 5 minutes if you want to eat out. We were there the last week of January, sunny, not exactly swimming weather, but also REALLY quiet, no crowds on the beach, exactly what we wanted.

Christmas at the Beach

What a wonderful home and location. Every space in this three-level townhome welcome the sounds and sights of the ocean, sun and moon rises and is architecturally designed for both socializing or finding a quiet spot to read and watch for birds and dolphins. The amenities and kitchen were well stocked. The beach was quiet and perfect for long walks. The multiple decks were ideal for enjoying drinks with good friends and having the use of the garage was a bonus. Highly recommend staying here. Hope to return.

Late Summer Beach Trip

Property was lovely. Decorated very beautifully had all the amenities we needed. The garage beach access was not a problem at all. Helped to keep unwanted sand out of the living space, which was nice. Views and beach were perfect. Would highly recommend!

The 4th of July Week

My Family and I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was truly a fantastic experience. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunrises and relaxing walks along the shore. The house had a spacious layout with plenty of room for our group, and the outdoor patio was a great spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was watching the dolphins play in the ocean right from the beach house's deck. It was such a magical experience that we will never forget. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this beach house. The location, amenities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable vacation. I can't wait to return and create more memories in this beautiful beachfront paradise.

Great rental

Normally rent single family homes for vacation and pleasantly surprised by this townhouse. No issues with noise or disturbance from other units. The location is great and the home had everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Bottom deck is covered in shade by 3 in the afternoon and was cool enough to sit outside and enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. We will be back.

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made a wise choice. The ocean view was extraordinary and beach access was the easiest I have ever had!! The condo was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful vacation home!! We plan to visit again!!

Look no further, book this gorgeous home!

We’ve traveled the world and stayed in many VRBO properties - this home is the most perfect of all. The views are incomparable, the house is a home and you feel as if you are staying in a friend’s luxury home on the beach. The full glass windows in the front room makes for the perfect beach seat - you can enjoy watching the surf, pelicans, dolphins, sunrises and moonrises. It’s incredible. So much attention to detail, comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets, fully equipped kitchen, quality appliances, many TV options including live TV, two oceanfront king bedrooms and so much more. We met Jeff (the owner) & he could not have been more accommodating, his wife Melinda communicated everything we needed to know beforehand and made for a smooth and easy process. The home is so close to great restaurants and minutes from historic St. Augustine. You will not be disappointed and you’ll make memories for a lifetime. Enjoy! We will return.

The unique benefits of our properties are the privacy and location. With private access to the beach, sometimes you get the entire beach to yourselves! The private deck below is an added bonus because when you need a break from the sand, you can enjoy the ocean from the comfy deck chairs.
