The perfect place to stay!

We came to Hilton Head for the first time and we had the best stay. Our condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, and appliances we needed to make our week stay a breeze. The view from the patio was beautiful. The condo and the complex was clean, easy access to the beach. We can't wait to come back again next year! This has become our favorite new vacation spot!

Excellent Location and Accommodations

The ocean view was spectacular. The unit was clean, very nicely furnished and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the pool and the beach.The check-in and check-out process were very well communicated and all went according to plan. If coming back to that area, we would definitely stay there again.

We LOVE Sea Cloisters, Carol & Rocky and Hilton Head Properties R and R?

Sea Cloisters is the best kept secret on Hilton Head Island, SC! The best beaches on the island. We like the size of the resort. Beach towels were provided as well as Starbucks coffee. Hilton Head Properties R and R always make us feel special. We will most definitely be back.

Peaceful and relaxing

Really a great place and great value. We arrived very late and had no issue getting in. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. Simple short walk to the beach. Great view from the balcony and easy to access the rest of the island. Really loved it. Will likely go back.

Could use tlc

The master suite was really well done however the other bedroom definitely need mattresses that were not so worn. The furnishings were nice but “well used” in the living space. The kitchen is very well stocked.

Excellent Beach Accommodations

Thia was a nicely updated unit with a great view and a great location. You couldn't ask for a place closer to the beach in Hilton Head. Grounds and pool on the property were very nice. There are several previous reviews mentioning repairs needed to tbe living room sliding door. This is badly needed, my child nearly lost a finger. Its a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Poor communication

The sliding door frame with the handle fell off. It was initially taped back in. One of the double beds was awful the box springs were broken down making it impossible to sleep in. We pulled the mattress into the dining area so my son could sleep. I send three emails regarding theses issues to you. I received a response after 3 days that you would call the next morning to discuss the issues. No call came. Very disapppointed with the lack of communication.
