You'll be a 10-min walk from Sea Pines Center, meaning quick access to top-notch restaurants, shops, and golf. Soak in the private pool, cook a lovely meal and dine outside in the covered patio, or sunbathe poolside on the sun loungers.
As you step through the gated entrance, a charming private walkway welcomes you to the front door. Inside, the inviting entryway seamlessly connects you to the heart of the home. To your left, the cozy living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa and a wet bar, complete with an ice maker, wine cooler, and microwave—perfect for entertaining. Unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the 55” TV in this relaxing space.
Living Spaces:
The family room, next to the living room, is perfect for quality time, while the spacious dining room accommodates meals and special occasions. The modern kitchen, equipped with all essentials, opens directly to the pool area for easy outdoor dining. A nearby laundry room ensures added convenience.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Heading down the right hallway, you'll find a comfortable king guest bedroom with access to the hallway bathroom. At the end of the hallway, the double queen bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.
