Welcome to Sea Cloisters 307, in Hilton Head's Folly Field area! As you step into your villa, you'll be greeted by spacious, open living and dining areas that are perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Sea Cloisters is located right on the oceanfront, offering immediate access to the wide sandy beaches, the gentle breaking surf, and the vast expanse of the ocean.

Accommodations:
The villa features two spacious bedrooms, with king-size beds in the living room and master bedroom, both opening to a private deck with stunning ocean views. Start your day with coffee on the deck, enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves. The guest bedroom offers two double beds, ensuring comfort for additional guests.

Living Spaces:
The fully equipped kitchen ensures that you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Stay entertained with cable TV in the cozy living room with ocean views.

Outdoor:
Step out on the balcony and take in the expansive view of the ocean. The deck is equipped with both sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. The exclusive access to the oceanfront pool adds an extra level of indulgence to your stay.

Sea Cloisters is an oceanfront property with wide sandy beaches, gently breaking surf, and of course, the ocean. Our villa provides access to the expansive and private oceanfront pool (for owners and guests at Sea Cloisters only). You will enjoy the privacy this location affords. Incredible stay!

We stayed in 307 of Sea Cloisters. Beautiful view and accommodations. Roomy, comfortable and easy to get to. First time staying here and we loved it. Kitchen is fully stocked with what you need and we stayed by the big picture window facing east. Thank you for making our stayed very enjoyable.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, nicely furnished in a great location. Four of us stayed in this unit and it was the perfect size and location for our two-night stay. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful Villa

Truly wonderful stay. Loved the decor and the large balcony. Only negative was I had a difficult time with TV's. Instructions may have been in guide book, but if not, it would help to know which remotes do what and how to get just regular channels .

Wonderful stay

Loved the condo! The views are amazing. The condo is a great size, ample room for families. The beds were comfortable, which isn't usually the case at places. Pool area is a little small but with the beach there it isn't an issue. Loved how close the access to the beach really is. Everything else was provided.

Great Beach Getaway

Location was great - awesome view from the balcony! Unit owners provided all that we needed for our stay (kitchen items, washer/dryer, even beach towels and a cooler). Most disappointing item was not related to the owners - extremely poor cell reception. Could barely make a call while in the unit. Would definitely stay again.

We love Sea Cloisters!

Wonderful place to vacation, very family friendly! I would have given 5 stars but the walkway over the dunes is hard to traverse because of all the stairs! It would be better if they flattened it out like other places nearby. Also, I wish they would stop raising the rates by so much every year.

We had a great time! The unit was very nice. Very roomy and quiet. Spectacular view amd so close to the beach. There are 2 things that need to be improved or noted in description. The king bed was extremely soft. Anyone with back troubles will have trouble. Also, the rug in the living room needs to really be cleaned or replaced.

Everything was great except for the TVs. The one in the living/dining room was not good. You could not get many things we wanted to watch. Those in the bedrooms at least had more choices. Everything else was great!

Amazing Views/Relaxing Ocean Front Vacation

We are a family of 4 with 2 young adult children. The complex is quiet and clean. It caters to families and laid-back beach vacations. The unit has an amazing balcony, perfect for sunrises and beach people watching. It is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. Large fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The in-unit laundry is such a great help. My only suggestion would be some newer bed pillows as they were very flat. Also when we first arrived the unit had a musty damp smell. I'm assuming because the A/C unit was running constantly. As the week went on it was better but maybe the A/C unit, filter and vents could be cleaned a bit better. They were minor things. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend this unit and the management company.

This unit looks beautiful on line, but certainly doesn't live up to expectations! We had to have service people in for the tv/internet. Internet and phone service were still very poor after the “service.” Toilet in master bedroom rocked back and forth to the point that we were not comfortable using it until maintenance came in the second time to secure it! We were just lucky we didn't have anyone using the other bedroom/bathroom! Dishes and utensils were very limited. Area rug in living room was disgustingly filthy!! Porch had peeling paint and webbing distorting the ocean view when you were seated. We have stayed at Sea Cloisters for over 10 years and have NEVER had a complaint! Very disappointed this year!

Looks nice/updated but could be cleaner

Location, layout, and check-in were great. But, for the price, I have some complaints. Apparently the floor isn’t mopped regularly? And that’s a problem because the whole place is vinyl/tile. My kids wore socks around the condo and the bottoms would get brown. The washer/dryer are pretty small and the dryer doesn’t work unless you run it two or three times. That’s a major annoyance. Family/friends across the hall had normal size machines and the dryer worked so we borrowed that on one occasion. The rug in the living room is just gross. There’s no other way to put it. It’s like it has a decade of sweat and sun lotion ground into it. The furniture on the back porch is covered in bird poop. It’d be nice to clean that area before guests come in as well.

Excellent Property

We had a wonderful 8 days at Sea Cloisters. The unit has the best views in the building and we enjoyed dinners and nights out on the balcony. We would highly recommend this to anyone, especially families!
