« Villa Lagoon », is located on the canal in Palavas-les-Flots, near the port and the beach and close to all amenities.
Discover our cozy villa with it’s direct access to the canal, a perfect location for paddling and discovering the area !
Looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday ? Our 72m² single storey villa can host up to 4 adults and 2 children. A confortable living area with a fully-equipped open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and independant WC accomodates families of all ages. Its outdoor space overlooking the canal is very much appreciated.
The villa is equiped with a washing machine. Beach toys are also provided.
A parking lot is situated across from the villa. For only 35€/week you can park in all the parking lots in Palavas.
The beach is easily accessible by foot via a little footbridge and a path in less than 10 minutes.
Petanque amateurs can play in front of the house along the canal. For bike lovers, there are a multitude of bike paths enabling you to discover the beautiful landscape ; make sure not to miss the pink flamingoes along the way ! Bike rentals are available in town.

Parfait!

Ein hübsches, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack dekoriertes Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt: nah am Strand, nah am Dorf und extrem ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Madame Bertrand ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Das Parken vor dem Haus kostet 35 pro Woche. Das könnte man im Internet Auftritt noch erwähnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung hat voll unseren Erwartungen anhand der Bilder entsprochen. Mit Frau Bertrand hatten wir eine Top Vermieterin die alles bestens gmanagt hat! Kommunikation jederzeit möglich. Französchisch oder eingeschränkt Englisch. Die Lage ist super, keine 10 Min. zur Stadt oder zum Strand. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Großer Supermarkt außerhalb Palavs, Auto nötig. Absolut ruhige Lage am Kanal mit schöner großer Terasse zum draußen sein! In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man/frau braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattet alle Räume mit Klima. Kleines Manko das natürlichen Ursprung hatte. Ab ca. 17 Uhr bis 20.30 haben einen die Schnaken gepiesackt! Also an Schnackenmittel denken.

Location exceptionnelle , propre , parfaitement équipée et déco vacances avec du goût. Climatisation dans tous les espaces et des moustiquaires très bien réalisées et efficaces. Emplacement idéal, au calme , 10mn plage , 10 mn centre ville . Extérieur très bien aménagé . Nous recommandons cette villa .

Une jolie villa proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie villa dans un quartier calme proche de la mer et du centre-ville, La terrasse derrière la maison donne sur un canal et elle est orientée sud on peut entendre la mer, c'est parfait pour se détendre. Nous avions un vol de retour tard merci de nous avoir permis de rester l'après midi dans la villa.
