There is a secured garage to park.
A closed garden is available for the residents of the 4 appartments.
All commodities are nearby. You can go to the harbour, go to the restaurants and bars just walking.
Grocery stores, bakery and all commodities are in a 300m radius.
You can practice many sports: Tennis courst (50m) sailing school 300m), rowing clud, Golf of La Grande Motte is 5mn away by car.
This is truely a great place to be to discover the region and enjoy the beach.
Montpellier city center, Zoo, CInema, Vignards, local village, Pic Saint Loup, Sainte Marie de la Mer are nearby by car.
