Gulf Shores, Alabama is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options. This condo has a reserved garage for guest use; a parking pass must be purchased.
3. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

This lovely condo is in a premier location to shopping, restaurants, and bars and is directly on the beach. The condo was well appointed and had top of the line updates and amenities. We cannot wait to stay there again!

The beach view was beautiful and the pool was clean and heated. The condo exterior building is older and dated. Building employees smoke in lawn chairs on the ground floor (it's in an outside corridor) and the smell stuck to our clothes when we used the outside steps. Our keypad code didn't work upon arrival, but the customer service person was very helpful to quickly fix it. The condo company only supplies one roll of toilet paper per bathroom upon arrival/ we had a little conflict because the rolls were half used upon arrival and our request for additional toilet paper was denied and that customer service rep was incredibly rude. One of the bathrooms was missing hand soap upon arrival and it took two days for the Quality Assurance Inspector to provide us with hand soap. The kitchen didn't have basic spices, non-stick spray for the oven, so just be prepared to bring everything you need, including trash bags. Also, the parking pass for the condo was a surprise- I think 60 for a couple nights. Overall, the location was great and close to restaurants that we could walk too.

We’ve reached out to the HOA regarding the smoking in common areas, as we want every guest to enjoy a clean and comfortable environment throughout the property. Regarding arrival and in-stay items, your personalized digital guestbook includes helpful details to prepare for your trip, including what’s stocked in the condo. We provide a small set of starter amenities (like paper products and toiletries) to get guests through the first night or so, and guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. For health, cleanliness, and safety, we don’t leave perishable items such as spices or oils in the unit. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear the overall location and setting made for an enjoyable trip. We’d welcome the opportunity to host you again.

Fall Beach Trip

By far one of the best places we have stayed in Gulf Shores. Excellent location, spacious condo that included so many extras throughout. Very clean, pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely stay here again!!

Spring Break

First time staying in Gulf Shores with our family. Nothing better than staying right on the beach—super convenient location close to shopping and favorite food stops. Travel to Alligator Alley, mini golf, the Yard, Lamberts to name a few— was only a short drive away—even visited the Florida/Alabama border and Orange Beach. Spent time enjoying the views provided by the condo’s balcony. Would overall recommend this vacation stay!!

Very nice condo, however floors were not very clean Garage had no remote and very heavy to open and close. Finally broke lose from track and had to leave open when we left Also reported problem with shower and was never fixed

Beautiful view and clean property!

Very nice condo with a beautiful view- wall of windows. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins. Has a nice large dining room table area to sit and eat and play games with family. Excellent location, close to many stores, restaurants. I'm very picky about cleanliness and this condo was exceptional. Had a minor issue with the water heater, but property manager responded promptly and had it fixed within a couple hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Little piece of paradise

Loved this condo! Everything was within walking distance. Right on the beach! I will say the only draw back was the garage size . If you have a larger vehicle (we were in an expedition) the parking garage is extremely tight. You always have the ability to pay for additional parking.

Family Vacation

Our family vacation, family of 8, was absolutely wonderful. Unit 401 was exceptional! They had everything so nice, clean, and ready for us. The view was breathtaking from our living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony. The only negative for us was parking, because we had to take 2 vehicles. And at this current time only one vehicle was allowed to be parked on the property.

Place was amazing! Clean, great location, and beautifully decorated.

Wonderful! Our kids loved it, including our 16 year old. Aging parents also came and loved it as well! We'd go back. Only issue was with check in. Our first two door codes did not work and we were going back and forth with rental agency for about half an hour before getting in the door. But things happen sometimes. Folks involved were very friendly.

Girls trip!

The One Where 2 turned 40. The one where 1 turned 47. We had the most fun!!!! The condo was beautiful!! The decorations were sooo awesome!! I walked around the entire condo taking pictures so we can show all of our friends and family how beautiful it was. We came to stay on the beach as many hours as we possibly could and this vacation we didn’t want to leave the condo. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
