Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home that sleeps 10 nestled on prestigious Red Mountain with stunning direct views of Aspen mountain and surrounding ski areas is the perfect retreat for your mountain getaway. Open floor plan ideal for gathering, with wall-to-wall windows & doors that flood the home w/natural light & stunning views. The upstairs primary king bedroom with loft is off the main living area and the downstairs primary king bedroom and guest queen bedroom are located on the lower level, all with outdoor access. Our home boasts an expansive deck w/hot tub & gas grill. Well-stocked kitchen & cozy fireplace perfect for relaxing evenings in upstairs living room. Sonos music system, two living spaces, and parking for multiple cars. 5 min drive to downtown Aspen and base of Ajax “Aspen” mountain. New furniture throughout and outdoor dining and seating for up to 16 on wrap around deck. Jacuzzi on upper deck to unwind and relax as you enjoy stunning sunsets and mountain views.

Our Family has enjoyed this amazing home with views since 1993. It has always been our favorite place to gather with family and friends. Our children have spent many summers in Aspen enjoying the outdoors, unending activities and cool weather. Winters and spring breaks have been spent skiing all mountains (Ajax, Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass) while enjoying the mountain views and sunsets afterwards directly from our deck or jacuzzi. We recently decided to share our little piece of heaven.

Rising to the north of Aspen, Red Mountain, also known as Billionaire’s Mountain, is premier residential landscape offering privacy and seclusion within five minutes driving proximity to the downtown core and all it has to offer.
Close to all four Aspen ski areas, the mountain also has a network of hiking and biking trails, with picturesque wildflower meadows and groves of Aspen trees and old growth evergreens, along with nearby access to fly-fishing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and private guided naturalist tours at the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies.
