Convenient location

Clean and convenient location in Aspen. Super comfortable bed and a condo full of extras. Easy to check-in and check-out. I appreciated the option to stay a few extra hours with a modest amount on checkout day.

Summer weekend

We liked the condo, quiet and cool at night and an easy walk to the whole town. The porch is sunny in the morning and cool in the evening. We would stay here again.

Great Time In Aspen!!

Super easy to access/pick up keys with instructions. The condo was comfortable and close to restaurants around town. The mgt company was VERY easy to work with and very responsive.

Fall weekend in Aspen

Really enjoyed seeing Aspen in the Fall. Magnificent colors and town not crowded. The townhome was perfect for us -- a married couple with two adult sons. Clean, well-furnished, and right in the heart of town.

Lovely service and a great location

Booked this place and truly had a nice experience staying. Communication with the front desk was easy and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Not only central and easy enough to walk around, but also great place for parking was right behind our condo. Perfect for the week we had in Aspen. Many thanks!

Cozy place in a great location

The apartment is very small but had enoigh space for our family of 6 (Using the upstairs pull-out couch). The property manager was super nice and responsive in solving some heating issues to our total satisfaction.

Clean Condo with perfect location!

We were a group of 4 - 1 couple and 2 other friends. Just the right amount of space for for all of us. The unit was very clean and accomodating and had everything we needed - even laundry detergent! The beds were very comfortable. The location is a 5 min walk to all of the shopping and great eats. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

Great location and clean townhome

Responsive and excellent property management, as we had a problem with hot water and they jumped on it immediately. Price was right for the stay. The space was a bit tight downstairs in in the bedrooms and the furniture is pretty dated, but location is tough to beat. We would stay again. Thanks to the owners and property managers.

Great for our stay

Very efficient unit. Like others mentioned … it’s small and space is tight, but it is laid out to maximize the space. Lots of hooks for ski gear, good storage, kitchen is user friendly if you plan to cook. Only wish there was somewhere to store our skis in the evenings besides the front entryway.

Clean apartment

We had to book this amazing place last minute due to a snow mobile accident. My wife had to have emergency surgery. The place is amazing, in downtown, and close to restaurants and shops. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating

Downtown Gem

We loved everything about this cozy condo, the abundance of outlets and power strips, windows that open, a lamp by every bedside, lots of dishware and spices, and the friendliness of the hosts. We spent a lot of time on the deck, reading and watching clouds and stars. The bedroom was deliciously cool, dark, and quiet. You could not ask for a better location - three minute walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Aspen Getaway

We arrived late due to weather but the Management Company was very accommodating and left us the keys and information on check in. The building manager was very helpful with some parking issues we had. He was great in clearing sidewalks of snow and asking us if we needed anything. The location was great. We walked everywhere. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer better than most rentals. Would definitely rent again if we return.

Pleasant place, close to skiiing and restaurants, but problems with plumbing and fuses blowing.

My family of 4 arrived late and the check-in was clear and easy. Place was adequately sized for our family and had the kitchen and dining table we wanted. Not much on views, but in town location was convenient to skiing, and restaurants. The problem with both showers is that there is no mixing valve, so constant adjustment of the 2 levers was needed so as not to burn or freeze oneself. Very small hot water heater, yielded only 1 shower. Leaking hot water valve did not help. Got a very rude response from service, when I asked for help with hot water problem. Kitchen circuit breaker tripped several times, but we found the box. Skiing was excellent.

Walkable Location

It’s small but had everything we needed and the location was AMAZING! We walked to the slopes, to dinner each night, and the supermarket. The management company, Roseanne, was great to work with too.

Fantastic Location

Very small but efficient. We spoke to the property manager about a little water heater issue and they were on it. Would recommend and you can’t beat the location!
