The list of amenities needs updated:
Sleeps 6 but not enough towels for 6 people.
Sofa-bed didn't have linens. Given king size when requested due to sofa size not available. Again, not enough provisions for 6 without tracking down some ourselves.
Beach chairs/towels were to be provided. Only 2 dilapidated chairs and no towels.
Sofa-bed mattress needs replaced. Very thin and can feel the springs.
3 sets of the vertical blinds were missing pieces. 1 set was in the bedroom along the public walk. The people sleeping could be viewed day/night and uncomfortable changing clothes. 2nd set was the main blinds in the living room. 3rd was in the living room, also. People using sofa-bed could be viewed day/night. NO PRIVACY!
We were told the owners would not repair the blinds until they returned stateside because it was too expensive. At time of our stay they were under travel restrictions. Those blinds could go months without repair and no mention of this situation in the details.
We were told their cleaning service was on vacation. Management stepped in to handle preparing the condo that week. No adequate substitute cleaning service for vacation purposes?
The bathtub in the 2nd bathroom didn't drain well. Everyone stood ankle deep in everyone else's used shower water.
Two reasons this property received 2 stars vs. 1 star.
The management company went above and beyond to maintain the amenities and provide us as much comfort as possible.
The location was perfect for our purposes.
