3rd time in the building in other units but the view in this one was excellent. We did t have to go down for sunset we watched from the balcony every night!

This was our 2nd stay at the Vistas and first time in the oceanfront unit. It was exceptional. The condo is beautifully decorated. The view can’t be beat. We went snorkeling everyday. We will be back again for sure. Can’t recommend enough.

Everything about our stay from check in to the whole process of being there that week and check out was perfect. Would recommend to any families for a nice quaint vacation Stay !

No closet and minimal drawer space in the second bedroom would have been helpful information ahead of time and the place could have been much cleaner upon arrival. Overall, we had a good stay.

Pros: Easy to access room without using the elevator, clean pool, great views from the patio, wonderful section of the beach, a couple of beach bars within walking distance, quiet and fairly well-maintained property, 3 sets of patio furnitureCons: Several dirty pans were left in the over in the oven and the top shelf of the refrigerator was covered in water when we checked in, and a spare cooler in the closet was filled with water when we checked-on...several minor attention to detail issues like that.

We weren’t at Vistas on the Gulf. They moved us to a different condo the day we checked in. I asked multiple times for them to cancel our reservation at Vistas in the Gulf and rebook us at the other resort, but they refused for some reason. They did offer us a 20% discount, but we certainly didn’t have the same condo we rented. Very disappointing.

Nice spot right on the beach!

Our family was in town to visit other relatives that live just a few doors down. It was a great stay! Very clean and the balcony is nice and large. Just steps and you're on the beach. Only note is that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

St Pete beach front vacay

Beautiful condo. Perfect for our short stay. Gulf front. Great views. Dedicated parking spot was a bit tough to navigate with a large truck. But we managed.

This is the unit you want.

Great condo with everything you need. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the entire unit. Short two flights up. Very well equipped, we enjoyed it very much.

Great unit and view. Comfortable bed, kitchen supplies terrific. Nice furniture but would have liked a footstool and better patio furniture. Could use a an upgrade for bath towels and absolutely needs better beach furniture.

Week at the beach

The property is in a great location. The balcony overlooks the beach. The property manager was very responsive. The interior is a little tired. Per some earlier reviews, the sheets are very old and need replacing, the sofa also is way past its best. Otherwise, this property makes for a wonderful week at the beach.

Beach beach 🏝️ beach vacation

We love love love the Visitas best place ever!!!! Second time staying and we will be back :) This condo could use a new dishwasher for sure! The blinds in master bedroom are missing a piece which causes sun to shine in, but worse of all you can’t get dress in your room without worrying about weather someone will see you out on the balcony even if it is family….

One week in St. Pete

The location is nice, walkable to many restaurants and very nice beach. We were 2 couples in the condo. The second bedroom was definitely much smaller than the primary, making it tight for one couple. Both bathrooms were comparable. Pictures are accurate portrayal of the condo. Location was very clean and the management company was easy to work with

Really enjoyed having a code to open the door instead of a key. Great room. Just wish washer/dryer wasn't in the second bedroom.
