Great property at Fernandina Beach

Family weekend at the beach was made more special by this property. It was close to the beach and the pool. Chad was very responsive to all of my questions. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. The furniture was comfortable too.

Excellent older condo

The location, beach access and pool quality were all excellent. The elevator was down for a day and the air conditioner was quirky, but all else was just fine. Would go back to this location again.

Great stay on Amelia Island

Chad‘s place was cozy and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen and great location on the island. The views of the ocean and access to the beach can’t be beat!

Fernandina condo

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It had a gorgeous view of the ocean, extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable(better than my one at home). Any questions that I had, were answered promptly. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Party

Property’s location facing the ocean and the balcony on the sixth floor were fantastic. Three bedrooms with all common areas supplied with necessities made it very comfortable to all of our families. The Ritz was close to attend the wedding and the beach access for walks with friends was memorable. Honestly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Amazing condo and beachfront location!

We all loved this beautifully decorated and maintained beachfront condo. It was just a short 5 minute walk to the ocean and 5 minute drive to the grocery store. The condo was even prettier than in the pictures. It was quiet, clean and cute. We would love to stay again in the future.

Beautiful, spacious, ocean front condo!

Family Trip

Condo perfect for our extended family. 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room. Amazing view from 6th floor. Pool right below.

Great Weekend

The condo was exactly as seen on the listing. Had a wondering Mother’s Day weekend with the family! The beach was amazing and the condo is close to great places to eat. Highly recommend!

Great location and Views

A very comfortable stay. The balcony was a bit small but it was too hot to really utilize it anyway. Basic as far as amenities and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and wifi was sufficient. Nice beach access and very quiet. Easy parking.

Great stay

Perfect get away for girls weekend

We loved this beach condo on Amelia Island. It was homey, quiet, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. It was walking distance to the Ritz, where we spent one day at the Ritz spa and pool. Perfect, easy girls get away!

Girls trip

This was a great place to visit for our girls vacation. We loved the island and the VRBO was beautiful. The view was amazing, lots of room and a comfortable setting. The balcony is great for your morning coffee. We would definitely love to come back.

Amazing views!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo has amazing views and was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had want we needed. Great location. We hope to enjoy this condo again!

Birthday Girls Getaway

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was spacious, quiet and the ocean views were fantastic. It is decorated with all the right touches and would be someplace that I would highly recommend to stay if you are looking for a beach front condo.
