This nice vacation home is located in quiet Naples Community Queens Park, just 5-6 miles to Naples Beach and Naples Beach Pier.
Beautiful house with heated pool and with fantastic lakeview. Enjoy your private heated pool with spacious waterfall (not jacuzzi) under a large screened-in lanai and grill at your BBQ. The patio is toward to south west, enjoy your pool area evenings and watch the lovely Sunsets !
The house has 1 master king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom,1 guest bedroom with queen size bed and 1 guest room with two twin size beds, the bathroom is right next to this both rooms.
Cute living room with big smart TV and a separate dining room, a spacious extra space with two spa relaxing loungers and a garage with bikes. Full equipped kitchen with coffee machine and much more. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and of course the matching dryer. There is also an ironing board with steam iron, vacuum cleaner and much more. Linens, towels and hand soap provided.
The home is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for couples or families. It sleeps six and has plenty of room for lounging and dining, indoors or out. (See list of amenities below.)
Come and watch beautiful sunsets from the best beaches in Florida. Watch the flying fish, sea turtles or even a manatee and with a little luck a couple of dolphins may come by. Everything is available for your visit to one of the great beaches like towels, beach chairs, etc.
Beaches are with water sports and activities such as kayaking/canoeing, boating, shelling, fishing, jet skiing, and sunset cruises.
If you prefer shopping or go out dinning ? The Downtown Naples 5th Avenue is just 12 minutes away or Naples Coasland Shopping Mall 15 minutes away. The Mercato market 25 minutes, the Miromar Outlets 30 minutes.
Golf courses and parks are only minutes away in every direction. Miniature golf is 10 minutes away, Publix grocery and CVS pharmacy are 6 minutes away.
