Didn't you read the description above?? :-) This is the iconic and award winning Energy Living Building! This 17th floor apt features a separate large Bedroom, stunning city and mountain views, floor to ceiling glass walls and sliding doors, a wrap around balcony, a 65" Ultra HD 4K TV in Living room, Ultra HD TV in BR, wireless high-speed WIFI, even a Nespresso Machine and Amazon Echo Dot! There is a King size bed in the BR and a queen pull out sofa in the LR.
This corner unit line is special and sought-after with its large living space as well as the wrap around balcony with spectacular views of the mountains to the east and the beautiful city to the south. You will have full access to the apartment as well as the rooftop infinity pool and Jacuzzi with amazing views, a steam room and a super gym. Energy Living is the most iconic, expensive and coolest building in all of Medellin! All at the price of a super cheap hotel in the USA or Europe. :-) Full access to buildings beautiful infinity edge pool, spa Jacuzzi, steam room, and gym. 24 hour staffed security!
