This is our main residence. Completely and tastefully furnished with
complete kitchen and utemsils. Comfortable Queen bed, linens, towels, pillows.
Ready to move-in.
Near restaurants, banks, shopping, cinemas, bus stop and taxis in front.
The famous malecon boardwalk and free open air oceanfront gym is 3 blocks.
Enjoy strolling, biking, roller blading and people watching.
Includes; Electric, hot water, gas, cable TV, 24/7 security, secure parking, elevator.
Bus and taxi stop on the corner. The University metro station is 2 blocks.
The building administrator lives in the building and manages my apt.

El famoso paseo marítimo del malecón y el gimnasio abierto al aire libre frente al
mar está a 3 manzanas.
Disfrute de paseos, ciclismo, patinaje y observación de personas.
Incluye; Electric, agua caliente, gas, wifi, TV por internet, seguridad 24/7, parking, ascensor.
Los autobuses, taxis y carritos paran en la esquina.
