Trade the hustle for the salt air at this beach home, where the rhythm of the tide sets the pace. Perfectly situated just a short stroll from the sand, you’ll enjoy peaceful evenings watching the sun dip below the horizon over Hampton Harbor. This serene getaway is designed for total relaxation. Hampton beach is a popular destination and was rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. and was the top 10 values for resorts in America.

Shared outdoor living and perks allow you to fire up the gas grill for a barbeque at the picnic table, drinks at the table or relax in the Adirondack chairs.

We’ve taken the stress out of packing by including fresh linens and towels and a beach cart for your seaside excursion.

One free parking spot (car/small truck). Additional paid spot possible, depending upon availability – contact us.

As part of the authentic Hampton Beach experience, please be aware that coastal living occasionally brings the tide a little closer. High tides or heavy rain can result in temporary water retention in the area, so we recommend keeping an eye on the weather and tide charts during your visit.

Great location at the Main Beach

Having previously lived on this street for a year, I was familiar with the area. The property is nicely maintained and far enough from the huge crowds to be quiet when you want quiet and close enough to walk anywhere along the beach.

Birthday weekend getaway

Tracey was a great host and was great with communication. Her cottage worked perfectly for the 6 of us for the weekend ! It was perfect walking distance from everything while also a little private and away from all the craziness! Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend stay

Space was clean and location was great. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, bars, etc Host was responsive and helped us with parking for our vehicles. Wish we didn’t have to bring our own sheets but we brought them and it was fine. Appreciated access to propane grill which we used.

Week beach trip!

Came to this property with my boyfriend and two children for the before school/end of summer last trip and we were very pleased with our stay! We enjoyed the location as it allowed us to go to the beach for the day but be able to walk back for forgotten things, lunch break, nap break, ect. It was very convenient to walk and made it so easy! We hope to return again next summer!

Amazing

We are a group of brothers and father who get away for a fishing trip every year. The stay here was top notch compared to other, more expensive places in Hampton Beach. Great location, walking distance to everything, very clean, a lottle on the small side for 5 grown men, but we made it work. The ease of access and the availability for parking was amazing and the owner and family were flexible. Great trip!

Easy going

Everything from start to finish was great. The communication with Tracy was great and she was very friendly and easy work with. She answered all of my questions very promptly. The property was great the apartment we stayed in was very clean and very cozy. The shower was great , plenty of water pressure. That was a huge hit with all of us. The location was outstanding literally just a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and anything else you would need!! Our stay was was definitely a great one!

Hampton Beach

It was overall a good place …. Parking was stacked and you had to communicate with other renters to park. Once I arrived Tracie was good to respond but when you make a request prior to your reservation, make sure to follow up. I sent and email requesting a change and never got a response. She claimed it was my responsibility to make sure she responded…. Wasn’t happy about that!! I paid for more nights then I needed as a result!!

Jill, it was unfortunate that you did not timely read your VRBO communications send directly to you from VRBO. Those communications provided you the opportunity to timely cancel and rebook your trip for your updated desired dates with no penalty to you. I was not privy to those communications and I properly and timely responded to all your inquiries. Our property photos and descriptions are accurate along with the stated cancelation policy, house rules and tandem parking.

Perfect little getaway

Cute little cottage that slept 3 of us comfortably. Everything we needed for a fun girls getaway. Was a very quiet street. And only minutes away from beach, boardwalk, restaurants. Tracy was a great host. Came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Cute place.

Our overall experience was good. We had nice people on either side of us. The walk to the beach and strip was short! The cottage was cute. It needed a few wine glasses and bowls. The only thing we didn’t like was when there is a full moon the marsh overflows into the street and into the driveway. This was followed by black flies. But, as fast as the water came in, it receded. Thank Goodness it didn’t get that deep, and the owner was easy to talk to and reassured us that this was normal.
