1. Located within Los Cabo’s newest premier community of Quivira, a 24-hour secure gated community with shuttle service throughout the community for a $5 fee & to downtown Cabo.
2. This newly finished Villa built in 2020 boasts approximately 2001 sq. ft. of living space + balconies and rooftop space. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with elegant travertine floors, solid wood cabinets with granite & travertine counter tops throughout the kitchen and baths.
3. Professionally decorated with luxurious furnishings; this new condo sleeps up to 6 and offers stunning ocean views from the rooftop, miles of sandy beach nearby, fine dining, shopping and Cabo nightlife await you.
4. Leave your stress at home, but not the comforts of home as each of the 3 bedrooms includes a king size bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 bedroom with another queen bed with comfortable mattresses and luxurious bedding.
5. Enjoy a great movie on one of the 55" flat screen TV's in the living room and Master.
6. Looking for a little more excitement? Walk up to the rooftop and enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean watching the whales and cruise ships pass by.
7. This villa includes 2 spa like full bathrooms. Luxury doesn't stop there as full bathrooms’ boast travertine marble floors and counter-tops as well as tumbled marble walls and large glass showers. You will find our bathrooms fully stocked including towels, toiletries, and blow dryer.
8. You will enjoy cooking for yourself in the chef inspired kitchen. The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, full sets of silverware and pots and pans. If you prefer, you can hire a personal chef who will come to the condo and prepare a delicious meal or treat yourself to any one of the restaurants in Quivira-Pueblo Bonito Hotels (be sure to mention you are staying at Quivira for apossible additional 10% off).
9. For your comfort, this villa also includes a full washer and dryer including laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Our private Concierge will greet you at the condo and will do a full walk-through and help you get settled in. In addition, our Concierge Services will be able to coordinate and book various activities such as transportation, dining, entertainment and chef services if required. On property, This includes the restaurants, Copala pools, and spa etc. You will need to set up a folio account or charge your credit card with each purchase. Be sure you give them your first and last name when charging to your folio as there are others with folio accounts tied to our villa #. Let them know you are staying at Copala and your building #, if asked.

We have neighbors, so quiet time after 10:00 PM is mandatory. We do not permit smoking in the villa and do not allow pets.

I love this community-Best I have been to---people are great. With 30+ years in Real Estate, I do know a great location, location, location! Check out the pictures. Very open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. 3 Luxurious bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds.

Perfect location. Perfect stay

Loved it. Kurt, the owner, was very good at communicating with us before and during the stay. He also has a local person that let us in and was available for questions. She was super helpful too. Very safe location. Quiet and clean. Property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Amazing place

We had such a great experience with this host and house. Close to everything, beaches, & restaurants but far enough away from the busy tourists. Host was amazing with communication. Would highly recommend to anyone. Plan to visit again.

Week in Cabo was made better with stay at Copala villa 36

This property was just as advertised. Neighborhood amenities were better than expected. We will absolutely return. Copala staff was wonderful and welcoming.

Perfect for our family trip! The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The concierge office, gym and pool amenities were just steps away from the house. The fact that we were able to golf Quivira (at discounted rates thanks to Kurt) was a highlight for us golfers!

Stunning Villa!

4 of us stayed at the Villa and were wowed by the interior design. Very well done. Nicely located near restaurants, pools, and the beach. The beds were all comfortable and we all got great night sleeps. Gated community which made it really nice coming and going. The guards were really sweet and helpful. Will definitely rent this place again on my next visit! Thank you Kurt for renting your beautiful Villa to us! 5 stars all the way!

Copala Stay Villa 36

Travelled with our adult children and stayed at Kurt's villa which was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and surpassed our expectations. The Copala clubhouse was very relaxing and the staff attentive while lounging at the pool. The entire Copala and surrounding Quivira properties were extensive and beautifully maintained and safe. Short drive to the grocery store for supplies or into town for countless dining and entertainment options. Some outdoor seating on the downstairs patio area would have been welcomed. Other than a locked entry door when we arrived was the only hiccup which was rectified in about an hour when Kurt came to the rescue. Overall we had a great stay and would happily return in the future.

I Could Have Used Another Week…or Two 🥰🌊☀️🏖️

The description of this property is spot on! I couldn’t agree more that the price is great with all that is included. The house was very spacious and clean. The rooftop patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening, looking out at the water. We could see whales spouting and jumping with a pair of binoculars. We spent our days at a few of the resorts. Walks along the shoreline and wonderful service at the pools were exactly what we needed for our getaway. The pools that are on property were also great. We found one quiet infinity pool, and there was one with a full bar and service that was more of a party atmosphere. The owner was great. He shared restaurant recommendations, and activities that we could choose from for the week we were there. I do recommend renting a car to get around. If that’s not an option, they do offer shuttle service to the included resorts. I just can’t wait to get back. It was very difficult to leave.

A slice of perfection!

Everything was spectacular. The location was epic. We've stayed at Pueblo Bonito (PB) properties and love this area. Kurt's place was absolutely perfect - we traveled with my dad, his wife and my sister. You have access to all PB resort properties. This house has everything you need and more. The pool and bar at Copola was great for a day of lounging, lunch and cocktails. The gym was such a nice added touch - my dad and I used it every day. Another reviewer recommended a golf cart - we rented a six person cart and used it all week to tour around Quivira. If you're a golfer, the course is stunning. We could not get a tee time so if you plan to play, call as soon as possible. We ended up playing Diamante which was a short drive. The beds are comfortable. The master has a nice deck off of the bedroom. Washer and dryer was so nice to have access, BBQ, we cooked dinner at the house and you have everything you need to make a great meal. We loved the on site restaurant properties and did go in to town for a few dinners - a short ride to town. Kurt was so thorough and responsive to any questions. His concierge - Rudy was a gem and we used a driver Kurt recommended - Arlo. We just adored him. It was a perfect vacation spot. We will be back. We loved it so much we want to buy a place in Copola. Thank you so much Kurt and crew. A slice of heaven across the board! We're ready to go back. Look no further, book Kurt's place in Copola.

Beautiful Home

Kurts Kasita was simply beautiful. Very clean, very spacious, and well stocked with supplies. We had a family of 4 adults and 2 teens, everyone had plenty of space, the 3 bathrooms really a bonus! Husband especially enjoyed having coffee on the roof in am! Home is exactly how pictured. The property had several nice pools within a few minutes stroll. The club house pool was very nice, and included a hot tub. The bar and grill at club house was wonderful, and some of the best shrimp tacos of the entire trip! The property is gated, and inside another larger gated area. We did have a problem with getting shuttles, you need to take the property shuttle to the Sunset resort, and then a different shuttle if you want to go to the other resorts on the swimmable beach. We were never able to actually get on one of these without waiting several hours, no matter how early in the morning I called. Had a bit of trouble actually getting back to the condo from the Sunset as well. It's a bit too far to walk in the dark, and not sure there is even a walkable area the entire way. Ended up just taking taxis from wherever we were directly to the condo. The resorts themselves are very nice, especially if you like pools! All in all a wonderful stay, but consider a car or add in extra costs for transportation to town. We were there over a holiday, so I'm sure its a little less of an issue at other times. Be sure to get groceries on the way in, there is nowhere nearby to get these without taking a taxi somewhere. There is a tiny store in the property with some supplies, and the Sunset resort has a small store as well(at resort prices) The Sunset also has an area that holds many different types of food choices, like a food court, but everything is delicious. Kurt was readily available to answer any questions I had, very personable, and we appreciated his input. Zero problems with the home, there are property managers available if issues, but we did not have any.

Such a wonderful place

I just stayed 5 nights at Copala #36 and could not have been happier. Everything was smooth from the booking process, to Kurt's pre-visit details and checklist, to Rudy's assistance in checking in and out, to the overall experience with the home and the amenities. Our group of four consisted of me, my wife, an 18 year old daughter, and my daughter's friend. There was more than enough room for all of us. The home and all furnishings are well kept and felt brand new. The entire Copala property is very new, clean, and incredibly safe. You will find all of Quivira to be very well secured, as all entry points have a security gate. All in all everything is exactly as Kurt describes it. There were 3 different pools that we used in Copala that were within a few minutes walking distance. My guess is there are more, but we only used 3 of them during our stay. All three had resort like amenities, with the main clubhouse pool offering a bar and grill. The concierge was very helpful in scheduling golf at Quivira and dinner reservations. As mentioned, you do receive discounts at all Quivira and Pueblo Bonita properties. For any golfers, Quivira is a must. Almost every hole has a view of the ocean, with a handful of holes along the cliff walls. As mentioned, you do have access to all of the Pueblo Bonito properties. On multiple occasions we drove to downtown/marina and freely parked in the parking lot for Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Beach Resorts. (Shared parking lot for both of those properties). We had free access to the resort pools, it's adjoining beach, and the onsite restaurants. This part of Cabo is really the only part where you can swim in the ocean, so if that is on your list you will want to make the trip. We did not use either the Pacifica or Sunset Beach properties, which are very short drive or shuttle from Copala. Next trip we will certainly explore both of those properties. We rented a car and did not use the shuttle system. Note that if you come in from the West to enter Quivira, Google Maps may put you on a bumpy dirt road. There is a newer paved road a quarter mile west of that worth taking instead. Summary--We loved it!

Great stay

My stay was great! Very quiet neighborhood. A bit isolated but in Covid times that was a good thing. It would be more convenient to have a car to get around. But we managed without one. The concierge was happy to do our groceries for a fee. The shuttle service around the resort area was convenient and reliable. The condo pools were very quiet. The puppy was not allowed in the pool areas. Getting to a swimmable beach and downtown is a 20 minute car ride. The house was super clean and well cared for. Nice view from the rooftop. No view from the living area. I enjoyed my stay and had lots of updates on events at the resort that enhanced our experience staying here.

Great Rental for family of 4

We are a family of 4, which includes two teenage daughters and we were all very happy with this rental. This was my first time using VRBO, so was a little nervous on how closely it would resemble the photos and description online. The unit was very clean when we checked in and more than comfortably sleeps a family of 4 with one master and two additional rooms. It's very obvious that the owner (Kurt) takes great pride in this property. Copala, is one of a few gated communities inside the very large resort of Pueblo Bonito. If I had one complaint, it would be the distance it is to the main hotel (Sunset) at the resort, but we rented a golf cart for the week, which made navigating thru-out the property very easy. If you don't rent a golf cart or car, they do offer very reliable shuttle service inside the resort. We would 100% stay there again...

Perfect vacation spot

My daughter, son and I traveled to Mexico for their older brother's wedding. The home is gorgeous... clean.. and located in a perfect spot. My son was getting married at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset .. and by staying at Kurt's it provided us with the opportunity to use the amenities at the resort. We rented a car and traveled all around the area. The home was conveniently located for shopping and downtown.. and we felt safe and welcomed. We started every morning having coffee on the beautiful roof top terrace over looking the ocean and planning our day. We are highly recommending this magnificent home. Kurt and his lovely wife are wonderful people and we hope to see them again

Beautiful paradise

Our stay at Kurts casita was phenomenal we honestly probably won’t rent any other properties while in Cabo on return trips. the house had everything we needed Kurt was great in conversation and his help in booking and navigating to the house. The bedrooms were spacious, it was super clean the view from the upper deck of the ocean is beautiful the grounds and overall facility were great . we enjoyed the pools on site and all the restaurants available in the local hotels. We can’t recommend this place enough.
