This place was amazing!! The host Deny was very helpful, groceries were delivered on time, rooms were spacious, very clean. Loved the icemaker in the kitchen!! Pool and hot tub were saltwater and so quiet and relaxing.Would definitely recommend!!

A beautiful property that has all the accommodations that you would need. The views and sunrises were the most amazing. The property manager is helpful 24/7 as well as the recommended driver. My party of 8 had an awesome time and fit comfortably. Another perk was access to the washer and dryer and the 2 pools on the property.

Dream Vacation

I stayed here with my daughters while celebrating my birthday. The property is immaculate and the view is stunning with a terrace and fire pit that we used the entire time. Pictures doesn’t do it any justice. The property manager Kristina was on top of everything we wanted to do during our stay. She was awesome! Deny was delightful and made sure everything was in working order when we arrived. He checked on us throughout the trip which I thought was very very nice. We were assisted with a private chef, transportation, our luggage and renting a yacht while there. All of our needs were met outside of just staying there. Chef Gloria was a joy to meet. So pleasant and came everyday on time with a smile to make us breakfast and an amazing dinner one evening. Every meal she cooked for us was absolutely delicious and she even brought me some flowers and baked a birthday cake for me that was so good! You’ll want to make sure you’re ok with paying for transportation with them daily because you can’t uber to town unless you walk downhill a ways. Transportation they offered was worth it to us. Very nice air Conditioned modern vehicles. Phillip was very pleasant and made sure drivers were always on time to pick us up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were treated like royalty. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of everyone there. It made my birthday even better. We had NO issues. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

Family vacation

The property is great and is as described. An exception is the walk to downtown is steep and through some bad areas, not an easy walk. We had no issues with fees or fines which others mentioned.

Great Property with a view!

We had an amazing stay at this property from January 23–28, 2025! The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristen, the Property Manager, was very responsive and made the booking process seamless. On-site manager Pablo was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

Lovely apartment and great host

It is a beautiful apartment with lovely views of the city and marina. It’s a great workout/walk to go over the hill to Pedregal Beach to see the sunset from the apartment as long as you are ok walking on hills. Getting in and out of the property is very steep and bumpy so ensure you have a low gear and/or an SUV. We enjoyed the fire pit and the swimming pool.

Just Amazing

Amazing Property Cabo San Lucas

The condo was amazing Clean, spacious and looked just like the victories Nicely stocked with some beer, chips and salsa on arrival We had some difficulty locating the unit in the property. Pablo came and found us and guided us to the unit and parking We were there at a quieter time and had the entire pool to ourselves 7 min by car to downtown It is at the top of a large hill so walking down to town is fine however walking back up the hill will be a challenge If you have a car it’s great or you can Uner very reasonably Communication with Pablo was great and response was timely Highly recommend

Back to Cabo

We have stayed at this development multiple times. The location of the unit was perfect, the privacy of the pool remains a family favorite, to include the ability to go over to the private beach sites. Walking downtown remains easy, and the local Host staff was attentive and extremely responsive. It was a turnkey trip.

Well worth it

Can’t say enough about the host and the condo accessibility, cleanliness, and accommodations. From pre-check in to checkout everything was A+. The extras such as private chef, taxi, and instructions were top notch.

Girls trip

Loved the place!! Large comfy space. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Upon arrival the air conditioner in master bedroom was not working but Federico was on it! Once it was fixed it was perfect. They greeted us with some cold beer with chips and salsa. The only down fall was the walk down the pebble stone streets to go into town. We had to take an Uber when we left the property because there were Six girls in heels =) other then that I highly recommend the view was beautiful at night. I would definitely stay again

Great Cabo escape for Families.

This property provided us with everything we could have hoped for as a vacation rental for our family vacation. We felt like we got almost all the same luxuries as we would have in a resort with the exception of pool side service. The property management team was amazing and very responsive. We used their recommendations for a personal chef for two of our dinners and could not have been more pleased with quality of food and service. The grocery delivery service was very convenient and easy to set up. Although it is walking distance to the base of downtown, this was too large of an ask for the younger kids so we used Uber as our means of transportation which worked out well for us. I would highly recommend if you are a looking for something a little more private than a traditional resort. We will definitely plan on revising again some day.

Vacation

We enjoyed our spring family vacation very much! The apartment was amazing, very spacious and very well designed! The pool and jacuzzi were a most and we used it every day. Kristen and Federico were very helpful with all the information, resources and services. The complex is up the hill and views are amazing. Getting down to downtown area is easy more like 20 min walk, but uphill for some people might be challenging. Uber works fantastic for getting home after dinner in town

Condo on the hill

Beautiful condo, loved the view. Pool was nice and clean. We rented a car but otherwise a bit of a walk to town. Would recommend to anyone going to Cabo.

Lovely Place and Views

My family had a wonderful stay here. The place was so nice and comfortable with lovely views. The open air feel, fire pit, and kitchen/wet bar were big highlights along with the pool. We walked into town most days and enjoyed the food, marina, and shopping. Working with the property manager was so easy. They helped with groceries and car service. Great experience!

Great and safe stay in Pedregal

This was the first time we did not stay at a resort in Cabo and we really enjoyed the experience. The property is in a safe and secure neighborhood at the top of the hill in Pedregal. Ubers were able to pick up and drop us off (they're required to check in and check out with security). The property itself looks relatively new and is furnished with high quality furniture pieces. There is a nice pool + jacuzzi just two floors down that we used every day. ~20 min walk downhill to the beginning of downtown Cabo. Frederico (who works at the property management company) was amazing – such a nice and happy person, and he made himself available for whatever we needed. He was present with us both at check in and check out. Don't hesitate to book!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The facility was really nice and secluded and had a full time attended gated entry. It is an easy drive or Uber into town as well. Gloria also prepared some drinks and snacks for us upon arrival which was nice. Would certainly stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Communication with Kristen was amazing. She answered any questions we had and easily set up all of our excursions. The property was well kept and clean. Deny did a great job as well ensuring we were all good to go on arrival and departure.
