Really clean on arrival, beautifully decorated. Kitchen fully equipt. Stunning views of the beach / sea/sunset. The only comment I would make would it would be lovely to have some new beach chairs. I would definitely book again.

The condo was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen essentials we needed. The view was absolutely spectacular, and the location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

From start to finish, AMI Locals was incredibly helpful—from a seamless check-in process, and responding quickly to any questions we had, big or small.The condo was exactly as advertised: beautiful, bright, and spotless. The highlight was the spacious balcony with stunning beachfront views, which we enjoyed every day.Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and we truly couldn’t find a single negative. The bed and linens were especially comfortable, with plenty of pillows for a great night’s sleep.We loved our stay so much that we’re already planning our return trip!

Beautifully kept and maintained. Thoughtful decor compliments "beach" mood. Very comfortable bed, and the A/C was perfect... very important during summer Florida heat. Access to beach was great, and the overall atmosphere was laid back and fairly quiet - no overly loud music and no late evening parties. Communication with property mangers was easy and they responded quickly via text. Highly recommended

Amazing property

Such a fantastic location! Really enjoyed the very charming condo. The only improvement I can think of would be a more comfortable pull out sofa mattress and a mattress topper for the bedroom. We didn’t have blankets either. Could have been a minor oversight.The sheets were a little stiff on the old sunburn but my fault for forgetting sunscreen!

Nothing special here ( except the view)

Bare minimum here, clothes washer as dryer screened in building, machines were $3. And filthy. So you have to wash top off before you put clothes in machine. No bike rack. No salt and pepper ( basics) outside chairs missing plastic so you can cut yourself, and filthy. Expensive for this lower class place. It was difficult to communicate with the management team.

Wonderful Relaxing Spot

Access to the beach is right outside the door. Being able to spend ocean time and then jump into the pool is a awesome perk! Being on the second level was fantastic for sunsets from the condo balcony. Check-in and out process was seamless. Thanks for the great experience!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our time at Coconuts #112. The unit was clean and comfy. All we needed for a quick getaway together! The view is amazing! We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony every night! The proximity to the beach was wonderful! AMI Locals were easy to work with and checked on us to be sure we knew where to call if we needed anything.

We didn't want to leave!

My husband and I stayed here as an early anniversary gift to each other and it was worth every penny spent! We slept on the pullout because waking up to the sunlight on the beach was just too perfect to miss! The apartment was very clean, well decorated and beautifully located. And we loved the streaming services available for those nights we just wanted to stay up late and watch movies. We will DEFINITELY be returning soon!

Just perfect!

The condo was very cute, clean and an amazing location. Right on the beach with a beautiful view for sunsets, walks on the beach and of course, taking in the Florida sun. The condo had good kitchen supplies, and equipment, all other amenities as well. We had a fabulous 10 days and will hopefully come back next year for even longer.

Great area. Property and staff was poor.

The area was great. Parking wasn’t good at the site. The staff entered our room with knocking and did not wear a mask. The lockbox didn’t work and the screen door was removed during our stay.
