This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bath vacation rental home sleeps up to 13 guests, offers amenities including a seasonal beach service, community pool & private beach access, and comes with 4 complimentary bikes with helmets so you can cruise and explore Destin with ease and in style!


This charming, 3-story vacation rental beach home in Destin is updated & decorated beautifully to make you feel right at home, & with 2200 square feet of space, you can accommodate the whole family & more! Upon entering, you will find an open floor plan to the living area, dining area, as well as kitchen. The living room offers a large HDTV, comfortable seating, & a smart speaker. Nestled between the living room & kitchen, you will find the dining room table that seats 10, so your guests can watch television from all common areas. The beautiful granite counter-top kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a home-cooked meal & features stainless steel appliances & a Keurig machine. The breakfast bar also offers additional seating for 5. The first bedroom you will find, just down the hall, is a king room with an HDTV, a private patio with lounge chairs, & an attached full bathroom shared with the common areas. On the second floor, you will find the spacious master king suite offering a large HDTV, a private bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bathtub & a walk-in shower, as well as a private balcony! Additionally, you will find a king room with an HDTV, a private balcony, & an attached full bathroom. Also located on this floor, down the hall, is a twin over twin bunk nook area, each with its own HDTV, perfect for small children. Lastly, you will find a bunk room on the third floor which offers a twin over full bunk bed, a full-size bed, a queen-size bed, an HDTV, PlayStation 3 with games & controllers, a private balcony with Gulf views, & a private bathroom with a jacuzzi-style tub. The ideal room for older kids to congregate. Wonderful house for big family vaca!

Had a wonderful time at this location. Clean, well stocked and any issues were addressed immediately. Love the pool and being close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo shows a little age

Condo was big and roomy. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Hall bunk beds were great. Condo was clean and we enjoyed it. The furniture is looking aged and the first floor bed was not real comfortable. Towels and lines were clean and the balcony’s in all three levels was really neat. If I owned this condo I would change mattresses and the furniture. The flooring and bathrooms were good. Cable tv would hav been nice. The walk across the street wasn’t bad, although on the beach would have been nice.

Spring break 2024

Great beach house! We stayed for 2 weeks and we had plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 children for the first week and 8 adults the second week. Easy walk to the beach. Bikes provided were nice to ride on the walking path! Several restaurants were within walking distance. Management was very responsive to a few minor issues we encountered. They were fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located

Second time renting here. Like that it's conveniently located near the gulf, local stores and easy access to the pool. Second time renting was a bit more difficult because our flights kept getting canceled. They wouldn't issue a refund or partial refund. Eventually we were able to reschedule/rebook so we didn't lose out on all the money and everything worked out OK. Couch was dirty upon arrival. Could use some maintenance on the doors as some were difficult to shut or lock. Home is beautiful.

Had some issues but mgmt was responsive

Had a/c problems diring our stay but luckily temperatures outside were in mid-80’s & mgmt put in several window units to keep us comfortable. Last night of stay we had a termite swarm on top floor that got in our beds & floors. Had to stay on lower floors to avoid contact with the bugs. Smoke alarm was very sensitive & came on whenever we opened the oven door. Furnishings could be updated. Master bedroom drawers squeak loudly when you open them. Again, Destin Mgmt. was quick to attend to our a/c needs & very pleasant to deal with.

Basically on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family. It was clean and all beds and bed sheets were well taken care of and extremely comfortable. All the rooms are spacious and the top loft room was perfect for our teenagers. Plenty of beds and not the tiny twin beds that most houses have. On our first day we could not find the iron so I texted and one was delivered to us within 10 minutes (maybe less), it was absolutely incredible. Beach access is directly across the street, you’re basically on the beach. The only semi-negative thing I would say is the living room is a bit too small if you are the kind of family that would like to hang out and play games. We are not, we were never just laying around together so it worked for us but I could see it being a bit over crowded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed in Miramar Beach Villa 120 from July 9th-16th but we left on the 15th. We loved the house and the short walk to the beach. However, we couldn’t do laundry for the entire week due to the clothes dryer being a fire hazard with no lint trap so the lint had been going into the motor for who knows how long. The first time we tried using the dryer all the smoke detectors started going off! They sent us more towels but that didn’t help with our beach towels or our clothes and we packed light knowing yeas a wash/dryer which was very small for that size of home. I hope it was fixed for the next guest. Someone did come out a couple of times but I never received any updates without asking. I also asked if there was a laundromat anywhere near and was never answered. Also there is no pantry. Also the back door was very difficult to lock. Other than those issues the house was nice and roomy. I hope the dryer issue gets fixed before there is a fire.

I wouldn’t rent here ever again.

Upon arrival, we immediately notice the blinds in front are extremely damaged. As we proceed to enter, the floors were filthy with sand. We couldn’t walk on the bare floors or our feet got covered in sand. As we put up groceries we noticed a sheet of ice at the bottom of the freezer. Then we started to set up our rooms. The master room on the second floor was absolutely the worst. It was so HOT! It felt like you were in a sauna. We waited a few hours to see if it would kick on and cool off. It did NOT. So I proceeded to call maintenance. To him the room felt “great”. To my family and I, we were sweating…. He then told us “that is the coolest it will get in this room.” Although the rest of the house felt great. That room particular was hell. He then offered to bring a couple fans. So my family slept in that room with THREE fans. Which still only blew the heat around the room. So we slept ON the covers. I would advise everyone who chooses this property to bring every spice to cook with that they will need because they do not even have salt or pepper. Bring your own laundry detergent because they also do not supply this. The jacuzzi tub in the master room, just don’t turn it on, it will soak the floors. The keurig they supply only works HALF of the time, so be prepared to waste 50% of your kcups. We told maintenance about this and he just responded with I don’t know anything about it. We have stayed in another condo in the same complex multiple times and NEVER had issues. The other condo supplies everything from spices, detergent, trash bags a week of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. especially to a cooler home. My family and I were very displeased and highly disappointed with this stay. We definitely will never rent here again. We come to Miramar beach every year and this was by far the worst housing experience we’ve ever had. I would have understood if it was $1000 range to rent, but not in the $2000 range, this was absolutely ridiculous.

We are sorry to hear about your experience but appreciate the feedback and opportunity to improve the unit. 1. Blinds in front is in the process of being replaced. 2. Freezer have been defrosted and ice build up removed 3. This being a property close to the beach tends to attract a fair amount of the emerald coast fine white sand. We have discussed this with our management company and they are looking into a new cleaning process to address any residual sand. 4. AC in master bedroom have been serviced. Thermostat on second floor have been replaced and wireless sensor have been added in master bedroom. 5. Jacuzzi in master bath have been inspected by maintenance and is operating normally 6. Keurig machine have been inspected and no issues recorded. We suspect that certain k-cup brands is causing an issue. If you encounter this issue we propose you try a different brand or use the regular coffee maker. 7. Miramar Beach Villas was excellent

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Miramar Beach Villas was comfortable for our family of 13 guests. The house was clean overall, great access to the beach. Kitchen equipment well stocked. We didn't have any issues, easy check in and out. I like how they have bed bug protectors on most of their mattresses, except the kids beds. Few minor things to let the cleaning crew and home owner know. We don't wear shoes inside the house, so we cleaned the whole floor since there were few areas felt sandy. We found crumbs and opened snack bags under kids mattresses, maybe best to lift them up and check when cleaning. If I may suggest to put pillow protectors on all pillows, and an upgrade on the smoothie blender would be wonderful. I often like to make a cold smoothie to bring to the beach. :-) We will definitely book again for this TH!!

The house was clean and spacious. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful beach.

We all had a great time. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint is parking - you only get 2 spots and alternative parking is $25 a night.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here with our family. We liked the convenience to the beach. The owners had beach toys available for our use.We were disappointed in the view from all the balcony's except the third floor. The front porch view was blocked by the beautiful bushes and could only see our vehicles and nothing else since this unit was on the end. The other balcony views were tree tops only and no beach view.

Nice Place, Good Extras, Meh on Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean and as expected. Nice location within short walk from the beach. Check in and check out were easy enough. However, we were never given the code to access the beach. Our neighbors told us theirs. I messaged to ask the code. Never got a response. I called and the person who answered seemed annoyed that I was calling. She gave me a number, but the code never worked. Xplorie was a nice add on. Price was right.
