Freshly renovated and beautifully decorated, this home is 0.9miles from the Convention Center. What's really cool is that everthing is "Brand New!" Literally blocks from Camden Yard/M&T Bank Stadiums where the famous Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens play. Minutes drive to Harbor. Close to the excitement but tucked away to enjoy peace and quiet. Easily accessible, located just off 95 and 295 hwy. Local guest are prohibited from booking.

Unlimited street parking out front is available on a first come basis. There is a 1 hour "Event" parking restriction "Only" during Orioles/Ravens games. There is a parking lot out front that is privately owned but can be be reserved with the owner for a fee. You can check the price and reserve a spot using Spothero.com. The address for the parking lot is 510 Scott St. There is a rear parking lot that is also privately owned and you will be towed if you park your vehicle there. We have no affiliation with either lot and do not receive any compensation from them.

The location was super convenient to the stadiums and museums. parking was fairly easy to find. The unit was nicely updated and for the most part clean. The host was friendly and did respond quickly when there was an issues.

Kitchen well stocked. Location as described. Couch a bit uncomfortable. Table that we ate on wasn't clean when we arrived, but easy enough to clean on our own. Would stay again due to proximity to Camden Yards and updated bathroom and appliances.

Just as listed. Easy walk to ball park, B&O Museum, Babe Ruth Museum. Nice neighborhood. Would go back!

Great stay!

Property was exactly as advertised. Located near a lot. Perfect stay, safe neighborhood. Only reason for 4 stars is that we had to maneuver around a drainage issue right at the front door. We had to hop from front door to top step to avoid the ankle deep pool of rain. Heavy rain in Baltimore, plus this being a lower unit. It has a drain out front that didn’t drain.

Cute basement unit in safe neighborhood

We loved this basement unit in the heart of Pigtown, MD! It was very clean and quiet. There is a nice little courtyard that is shared with another unit with a table and chairs to spend time outside and have dinner. The neighborhood is very safe and I walked with my niece to the CFG bank arena. I felt very safe on the walk and it’s also very close to the Orioles Stadium. The unit is in the basement with steps from the sidewalk to get to it. The only thing I would say is if you have mobility issues it might be a problem, but other than that it was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Honestly the inside of the "Basement Apartment was clean and modern. The biggest problem was the fact the you're in a basement apartment. The entry is dangerous as far as footing and the possibility of being in a tight spot while trying to enter the property. I would definitely go for the first time during daylight hours if traveling alone. There is no peep hole on the door so if someone knocks and you're not expecting a visit then cautiously make a choice. Everyday of my rental I was disturbed by the individuals above me. Starting at 4 am every single day. Noise Noise Noise every single day. The sound of restless children and arguing adults. They also had something happen where the fire detectors came on. They are not connected to the rental downstairs but I heard the commotion and smelled the burn. Probably a overcooked dish on the stove
