Come and discover this charming, bright and tastefully furnished gîte, to enjoy a country atmosphere at about 1 hour from Paris by car. The gîte can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a first floor with a beautiful and bright living room, a night space with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will also have access to a private garden with trees and a terrace. Barbecue available to share with family or friends! Sheets and towels included, Wi-Fi and fibre optics.

The accommodation
The 90 m² gîte is composed as follows:

Day area:
- Fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor fitted with an oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dining table for 6 guests, crockery and cutlery.
- A beautiful living area upstairs consisting of two sofas, an armchair, a boat bed that can be used as an extra bed if required, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, a Bose speaker as well as a table for 4 people ideal for playing board games.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a wardrobe, and a private shower room.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) that can be joined together to form a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and a private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80cm x 200cm) that can be pushed together to form a queen-size double bed (160cm x 200cm),and a private bathroom with shower.
- Bathroom: a bath, a washbasin and a washing machine.
- 2 separate toilets with washbasins.

Outside :
- A 100 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue.
- A bicycle room.

The area
The gîte is located in a quiet area 300 metres from the village of Villers en Arthies. An ideal place to rest and take time for yourself in the middle of greenery.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Out of respect for the peace and quiet of the area, music is not permitted after 10 p.m., and bachelorette or bachelor parties are not allowed.
