Summary:

Welcome to the Fiora, a two-level Boho West End loft-style condo near Vanderbilt and Centennial Park, designed by local artist and influencer Evane Stoner. The main level features a king bedroom w/ Fireplace ensuite bath, a 1/2 bath, and a spacious open living/dining area. Upstairs, the loft offers 2 queen beds with twin trundle pull-outs + a separate queen bedroom with smart TV, and an additional full bath. Enjoy hotel-grade cleanliness, curated amenities, and an easy 8-minute ride to Broadway.



The Space:

🌼 The Fiora, is designed for groups who want both connection and privacy. The main level features an open-concept living area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, plus a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an additional guest bathroom off the common area. enjoy a spacious living room and a dining table for 8 designed for family time. Upstairs, a spacious loft offers two queen beds with twin trundle pull-outs—perfect for families or groups—alongside a separate bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV, and another bathroom. Thoughtful layouts and multiple sleeping areas make it easy for everyone to spread out and get ready for a night out or a day in the city.

Mason Lofts is a boutique aparthotel featuring 14 large, airy, and thoughtfully designed apartments with fully equipped kitchens, in-unit laundry, and a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Guests enjoy complimentary parking and a prime West End location within walking distance of Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park, and the Sportsplex, as well as the incredibly spacious units —ideal for extended stays or an elevated weekend getaway.



Guest Access:

Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.



The Neighborhood:

West End is one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods, offering a calm, residential feel just moments from Centennial Park and the iconic Parthenon. From here, you’re close to tree-lined streets, local coffee shops, and great dining along West End Avenue, as well as Vanderbilt University and Medical Center.

Broadway and downtown, Belmont University, Sylvan Park, McCabe Golf Course, and popular spots like Hillsboro Village and 12 South are typically under 10 minutes away by car or rideshare. It’s an ideal location for guests who want easy access to Nashville’s music, food, and culture, while returning to a quieter, refined neighborhood at the end of the day.



Getting Around:

Getting around Nashville is easy from this location. Most guests use rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, which are fast, reliable, and readily available throughout the city. Downtown, Broadway, and popular neighborhoods like Midtown, The Gulch, 12 South, and Hillsboro Village are typically a 5–10 minute ride away.



If you’re driving, the unit includes two free, dedicated parking spaces, making it convenient to explore Nashville by car. Street parking is also available nearby when permitted.



For guests who enjoy walking, the West End neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, with Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University and Medical Center, restaurants, cafés, and bars all within walking distance.

Scooters and bike rentals are often available in the area as well, offering a fun and flexible way to get around for short trips.

This unit is permitted for 3 bedrooms and up to 10 guests. Please note that the layout is best described as 2 private bedrooms plus an open loft. The loft is open to the living room and can sleep up to 6 guests.

Enjoy private, gated garage parking with 2 dedicated parking spaces reserved for each unit.



★ ADA-friendly ★

Mason Lofts is an ADA-friendly building, with showers in every unit, spacious elevator easily accessible from the parking garage, an entrance on each floor of the 2-floor units, and spacious bedrooms with extra space around the beds.



★Smoke-Free Home & Community★

In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.



★Supplies & Essentials★

We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.



★Families & Baby Gear★

Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and baby gate (in homes with stairs) available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.



★Maintenance & Repairs★

Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.

Absolutely beautiful!!

We loved our stay! The property manager was amazing, the apartment was immaculate, beds were super comfy, and it was just an overall wonderful property! My only note is the parking garage for the building was difficult to find. Other than that tiny hiccup when we first arrived everything was beyond wonderful!

Awesome Girls Weekend. Perfect location

Mason Lofts 303 is a great place for 6-8 friends to enjoy the West End, Midtown, Downtown! Communication with Melissa was great and the apartment is super stocked for a weekend. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash are all high end no sulfates, and you are provided all the basics for a weekend in the apartment. Definitely will return!

Long weekend getaway

Great property and location. Ample space for my family of 5. A little tricky to get into the garage as we arrived when it was dark and the alley is not well marked. Besides that, garage parking was great and easy access to loft. Kitchen well stocked. Spacious family room, bedrooms and closet.

Perfect place in Nashville!

This property was 5 star cannot recommend you stay here enough! The apartment it’s self is beautiful and has every thing you could possibly need for you stay, from toiletries, cleaning product, they even has makeup cloths which was a great touch! The location is amazing only a $5-$10 Lyft to broadway! Communication with the hosts was incredible they were there for anything we needed and even gave us some recommendations! Perfect place for a girls trip, honestly book this apartment there is not one thing I would change about our stay there. Amazing! And thank you so much for having us!

Advertising unclear

We wish the description of the property had said 2 bedrooms and a loft. The loft space made it difficult for conversations downstairs when people were sleeping in the loft. Lighting was an issue. Too dark to read in the living room. Great closet/yoga room. Kitchen was fine. Beds were comfy.
