A beautiful island paradise 2br/2b large condo with incredible views of The 10,000 Islands and the Gulf of Mexico! Resort living at its finest on 15 acres with 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, large screened lanai, and a Private Beach. You also have 24/7 fishing dock (with rod holders, a filet station and is also lit up for great night fishing), 3 tennis courts, picket ball courts , fitness rooms, outdoor grills and great shelling!
The 1636 square foot condo is fully equipment for “turnkey” occupancy, massive outdoor living space on the lanai, includes fully stocked kitchen, linens, washer/dryer in unit, free wifi Internet, HD TV, beach towels and chairs.
The condo is a perfect main level corner unit, with assigned parking right outside the door. Walk right out the amazing lanai to the pools and private beach all while enjoying the gorgeous views! The Master bedroom has huge En Suite bathroom and massive walk-in closet with a comfy king size bed and tv.
