The absolute perfect location in Grandview! Beautifully renovated & spacious townhome situated near a thriving creative arts scene, robust craft brewing culture, sportscity die-hards and all the landmarks the city has to offer. Just 20 mins to Downtown Kansas City, take a stroll to John Anderson Park, visit Longview Lake, Harry Truman Farm, Historical Depot Museum, Longview Lake Trail and more! The perfect spot for a large family or friends, you will love this home away from home in Grandview!

Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this three bedroom townhome features a complete kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master Bedroom is located on second floor and features a small balcony to sit and look over the lake. Second room also on second floor and third room in the basement. Spacious living room with stunning views has comfy sofa and Smart HDTV. Beautiful back patio with seating overlooking the lake plus lake access. Free assigned parking, free street parking and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the townhome and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

The property offers a great getaway offering the amenities of being at home. Tons of beds for larger groups as well. The kitchen has all the cookware needed to make your favorite meals. Nice quiet area to enjoy and relax. Great place!

Great Place outside of the City

If you are looking for a great place to stay outside of the city, this is it. It is within driving distance of everything. This was a great place for me and my friends to stay while attending a chiefs game.

We had a nice stay. The complex is a little bit sketchy but we had no issues whatsoever. The place was clean when we arrived and comfortable. Very easy to get to where we needed to go.

Would Stay Again

Adorable home. Cutely decorated, centrally located. There were 3 of us, for a week and it worked perfectly. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. Communication was fast and easy. Would stay again when back in area. Only complaint is needs a good clean. Dishes in cupboard were dirty, found garbage under couch, food on walls.

Close to my son and his fam

Really liked the location in relation to IHOPKC and our son. The condo was pretty rundown but good enough. Upstairs was very hot so was happy to find 2 fans to use plus ceiling fans. Air conditioning was very good.

A nice escape

Check in process was smooth and the property was excellent. Great neighborhood, quiet at night. There's a splash park across the street. Ten minutes from the nearest beach, 25 minutes from Kansas City downtown. The swim beach at Longview Lake is weekends only, starting mid-August. The is no ice maker in the freezer, but there's a gas station 5 minutes away, so you can just buy a bag. The "lake" is really just a pond. There's definitely fish in it. But I never saw anyone fishing, boating or any other typical lake activities. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

Old but Nice place to stay

The place is quiet but very old looking. Ceiling is peeling, broken tiles in the kitchen, balcony sketchy, flooring upstairs have gabs in it, low water pressure for shower, & no swimming in lake. I wouldn't trust the upstairs balcony. It really cools down at night so it would have been nice to open up the sliding doors to have a natural breeze but there was no screens on the doors. There is only one TV in the whole place, it's on the main floor. No issue for us but,there is three levels and no beds on the main floor. The a/c is strongest on the bottom floor, nice on the middle, and non existent on the top floor where the bedrooms are. This is why having a screen door would be helpful. The basement is dark and needs something to brighten it up because our teenage girls were scared to sleep alone downstairs. All this being said we would stay again because it is central to places, we could make food, beds were comfortable, there is a park with a splash pad near by if you have little kids.

A dump

The photos looked great but it was a dump. Only one tv & the antenna didn’t work 99% of time. One carving knife & the handle broke off. No salt. None of the lids fit the pans. The lid I used the handle broke. The back porch is a piece of shot. Nails sticking The carpet was all matted & FILTHY. THE WHOLE place needed painted. One of the windows in the basement was open & unlocked when we got there. The only good thing to say is it was a roof over our heads. up & loose boards

The "Landlord Special"

We chose this property as it was close to our family in town. The pictures seemed adequate and there were enough rooms to accommodate us and the price was appealing. Upon arrival it was obvious that the listers had taken a dilapidated property and painted it landlord white, filled it with the cheapest furniture possible, and made it look acceptable in pictures but had little care for the experience of people staying in the property. The ceilings were lifted which meant you could hear every step and every word when you were on another floor. There were broken floor tiles in the kitchen where the floor had sunken in. When you used the bathroom outlets the entire outlet came out of the wall. We had 6 guests staying and they only included 3 towels in the upstairs shared bath. The bathroom had stains and hair under the bath mat as well as water damage in the ceiling. The curtains had large brown stains on the back. All in all it felt like a grimey motel. Next time we're in town we'll pay any price to stay anywhere else. We would not recommend to anyone to stay.

Family Roadtrip

Nice property, lots of room and beds for everyone, well stocked kitchen and linens, property manager was very responsive and home was clean. Bonus was the pond/storm water runoff in the rear yard. The kids enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles!

Perfect Place

We slept 8 people comfortably at this property. It was easy to get too, plenty of parking space and we all felt safe in the neighborhood. The beds were super comfy! I would rebook here if we headed that way again! Host is super responsive and helpful.
