Come relax in this new, modern, spacious and sleek home just south of Kansas City. With a close proximity to all highways, you can easily get anywhere in the metro in about 20 minutes. With a fully stocked interior, full amenities and comfortable beds, you can make yourself feel right at home. Enjoy the outdoor patio, backyard and bbq grill and feel safe in this family neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private driveway.

After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception.

The house was very nice. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Getting in was easy and everything worked as it should. The shampoo, conditioner , and body wash in the bathroom was really nice and appreciated. Water pressure in the hall bathroom was weak but still did what we needed with our short stay. Plenty of K cups and creamers, dishwasher soap, and all supplies . Neighborhood was nice and felt very safe.

Wedding Trip

We drove across the state for a wedding and everything was great. As advertised. Very nice, bright, clean... great house. Our host always kept in touch & promptly responded & when we needed to get to our wedding on time we were graciously accommodated. Thanks to Jessica!

Last Night Single!

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids. The place was perfect for all of us, we had everything we needed. The only down side was it smelled of cigarettes. When I informed the host, we were informed it was from the last guests who stayed there and broke the contract. Other than that it was perfect!

Expectations

We loved the amount of space, especially for the children to play. It was clean, except for the cobwebs in the upper corners. The property manager was great! Loved the furniture. The house adequately met our needs, but there a few things that really bothered us. 1. No blinds. The curtains in my mom’s bedroom were sheer. No privacy. She changed in the bathroom. 2. No water pressure, shower heads are small, and the tubs were so slick I thought for sure one of us were going to fall. Thankfully we didn’t.
