Welcome to Retreat at the Cove by Skooped Up Stays. The perfect blend of southern charm and modern comfort. Relax on the patio with a lovely lake view, or snuggle up on the teal velvet sofa as you unwind from a day on the lake. This waterfront condo has been remodeled to provide every convenience with luxury comforts. Park your boat right outside, enjoy a calm swim in the cove, or take a dip in the pool. Just minutes from the yacht club, golf course, marina, tennis facilities and fitness center.

We are here for you during your stay! With that said, we maintain office hours, and are typically not available between 9pm and 7am for things that are not emergencies. We will get back to you as soon as possible if you reach out during those hours.

Walden on Lake Conroe is a deed restricted subdivision. Guests will have access to boat launches, yacht club, community pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and restaurants.

We are a short walk from parking, on the second floor (no elevator).

You will have access to the condo grounds, including shared pool and charcoal grills.

You will have access to the grassy lawn area at the lakefront, as well as the bulkhead for boat/jetski parking. Ladders are available for swimming access.

On occasion, groups of residents will gather on the patios below ours for dinner and drinks. This can continue quite late, and they sometimes get a bit loud. Sound machines are provided for our guests in each bedroom.

Before arrival, guests will be asked to complete guest verification through 3rd party provider, Truvi. This ensures we are up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and provides both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact the main guest via email and/or text to complete verification.

Guests are given the choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This is required prior to check-in.

Nightly rate is the base rate for the first 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged an additional $25/night per guest.

For Direct and VRBO bookings - any refunds due to cancellation are subject to a 3.9% processing fee.
