Seashell Cottages/JK Rentals - The Morgan Unit with 1 QB & Futon

This property is known as JK Rentals. It has 3 units that are attached to one another consisting of 3 two bedroom /1 bath units each sleeping 6 people. We are located less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, Pier, Amusement Park, shops and restaurants. You can literally park your car and walk to everything! The property has a shared green space in the back with a share gas grill as well as covered sitting areas along 2 of the 3 units as well as a front-street facing patio with table and chairs perfect for people watching! Each unit has 1 parking spot included in your reservation. If you are in need of additional parking spots, we can accommodate you for a nominal fee at our Seashell Cottages property if we have the space. Please ask! We have a beautiful opportunity for multiple friend and family groups to come vacation together yet have your own separate space for relaxation.
This unit, known as the Morgan, is named after our youngest child. Make sure you look at all 3 of our units to pick your favorite one, or book more than one to accommodate large families or groups.
The Morgan is an immaculate 2 bed, 1 bath unit, and seconds to everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer. The amusement park and beach are only a 3-5 minute walk. This unit has 1 parking spot included, a gas grill that is shared with 2 other units, and picnic tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook and stay comfortably. Linens will be provided for all beds including pillows, blankets, and sheets. We also will be providing shower towels. Please bring beach towels. The bathroom has a convenient walk in shower. We will also be including a beach caddy on wheels for easy carrying of your beach items to take to the beach with you.
This also has a great front covered porch to sit on and relax! Enjoy your morning coffee right there! People watching is always fun from your porch. 
The futon in this unit does pull out for extra sleeping space and we provide bedding for that as well.
This unit is so close to the center you can see Lisa's Pizza from the front steps!!!
You will find the unit clean and comfortable. Included in your unit are the following items, dish soap, pots, pans, dishes, dish towels for drying, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shower towels, makeup remover pads, hair dryer, iron and board, and a coffee pot with filters. 
Amazing location! The only thing to do is have fun!

Great Location

This is a great location to the beach and restaurants. It's also a nice drive to light houses in the area. The property is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. The owners are great too.

Very nice place!

The property is perfect for families, and it's super close to the beach and all the activities in Old orchard. Karen, the owner is super accommodating and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty and perfectly located!

Excellent location for walking to all attractions, yet quiet enough at night to sleep. Beds comfy but a bit tight for 4 adults. Great kitchen space and lovely hosts. We will be coming back!!

Family trip to Old Orchard Beach

Very clean. Location is super convenient to downtown Old Orchard Beach. No view of the beach and the train is a bit noisy at nighttime but it’s hard to avoid if you want to be downtown. We had a good time, thank you.

This rental was perfect very clean and not run down !

This rental was very nice! Appliances and furniture were new and clean. Porch and sitting area was perfect for relaxing and people watching. Beds are decent for a rental place. Owners were very nice to answer all my questions before booking. Definitely would recommend this place.

Sister’s Weekend

Every year my sisters and sister in law get together for a girl’s weekend. We chose this spot after our weekend last year in Boothbay Harbor. The owners of this property were wonderful and we were able to chat with them a bit during our stay. They were very nice and accommodating. Thank you.

Clean but cheap.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend get away. Knowing we were visiting off seasons, we were expecting the pier to be closed, which it was..along with most of the shops near by. The area is great and I would love to visit again in the summer. As for our recent trip... our first impression was okay. We arrived later than planned, the keybox was hard to find, and the key box was difficult to get into. Upon entry, the unit was freezing! It was probably 35 outside and the heater was all the way off, and with baseboard heating...it took forever for it to warm up. The unit was clean but the 2nd bedroom bed appeared lumpy(?). Upon further inspection, the bed was falling through the frame. It's a very old bed and I believe the mattress was too. The master bedroom was better, but the bed was uncomfortable. The bedding appears old. We were traveling with a 4 year old that used the 2nd bedroom and as I checked the window, it was unlocked and physically impossible to close all of the way, and upon further inspection, all of the windows in the unit were unlocked. As far as security goes, there should be at least a deadbolt on both of the doors. The toilet broke while we were there, thankfully the owner was near by and got the part for the toilet but before we knew it...my husband was fixing the toilet on our vacation. :( Other things: The dishes appeared dirty, wash before you use! Dont forget your towels and coffee filters. I would no recommend this unit for anyone with younger kids.

Great location

Rental was clean, very comfortable , walking distance to down town and events that were going on. Communication with owner was a text message away once you check in she answered as soon as you sent her a text !! Will rent this location again !!

Great Location!!

Our stay with JK Rentals was great! Awesome communication and excellent location. Arcade and amusement park was just a minute or two walk! The rental was clean as a whistle and the checkin process was seamless, we even were able to check in early, which we appreciated! The only thing we were bummed about is having to go to Walgreens down the street to get toilet paper - because we were only left with a half a roll for a 3 night stay. We assumed there would be an extra roll lying around but there wasn't and we didn't want to bother the owners at 8:30 pm. Not a big deal at all, just wanted to point it out. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Really nice apartment with little deck

Very nice clean place, full kitchen, living area, two bedrooms separated by bath. Narrow deck running along whole apartment. Hosts responded quickly and courteously to questions. We would definitely come again.

Perfectly perfect beach cottage!

This place is adorable! Impeccably clean and has everything you need! Karen (the host) was always very quick to respond to the few quick questions I had. Quick walk to the Pier and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

If you just need a small place and want the great location convenience this is the place for you. It was super clean and comfortable. Having a nice little porch and patio spot was nice too.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

From start to finish...wonderful. We never had to move our car, everything we needed was within walking distance.: beach, rides, food. Mixed ages and everyone enjoyed themselves. Janet and Karen are great.
