Sea View is at the Beach!

Sea View is in the Terraces at Beachside, a small 15-unit complex offering direct beach access and close proximity to Main Beach on Amelia Island. Enjoy the quiet condo's private balcony that has a great view of the ocean.

Clean and comfortable, Sea View provides a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, HDTV and wireless internet access. The bedroom has a king size bed (new as of 2024!) and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There are beach towels, a couple beach chairs, and a cooler provided with this unit.

For your peace of mind, the Terraces at Beachside building is locked 24/7. Access is only permitted with a code or a provided key.

If this unit is not exactly what you are looking for or if you are traveling with family or friends, take a look at our other two properties on this floor (103 and 105 Terraces at Beachside) - as we have a total of three units there. We also manage 201 Terraces at Beachside on the next level up as well.

There is a restaurant next door with a patio that is perfect for lunch while enjoying a day at the beach and for dinner cocktails and mealtime later. The Terraces at Beachside is located at Main Beach 200 yards from Fort Clinch State Park and 1/4 mile from the entrance to the Egan's Creek Greenway. The historic town of Fernandina Beach is a short one mile car or bike ride. Enjoy strolling the streets of Fernandina Beach and visiting the museums, shops and many fine restaurants.

What a weekend

My husband and I stayed here in June and had an awesome time. It was our first time to Amelia Island and the location was perfect to visit the beach and enjoy downtown. The unit had everything we needed and communication throughout the whole process was great.

Great Beach Condo Near Main Beach

Overall, was nice, especially the beach location and having an assigned covered parking spot.However, there are few very easy fixes that would've made the stay that much better.The condo does have a small balcony out on the side of the building that has a partial ocean view, but unfortunately, it only has two plastic adirondack style chairs and a very small plastic side table. Confused why they don't have a small dining table and two chairs out there. We would've really enjoyed having our meals out there. Though a small balcony, definitely enough space to do that.Secondly, there was not one hanger to hang up clothes - had to purchase some at Walmart. Again, easy fix for them. They also did not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. Not a big deal, but every Vrbo I have been to, it has been the norm to supply and makes packing so much easier w/o worrying about toiletries.Additionally, they only supplied 4 bath towels and only 2 hand towels, which required us to do several loads of laundry as we were there 2 weeks.Additionally, only supplied 2 rolls of tp - we had to shop for many things that are normally included.There are two beach chairs and one umbrella for use but they should've been replaced long ago. One chair is completely ripped on the seat making it very uncomfortable and the umbrella was rusted and useless in the lightest of winds. We ended up renting more comfortable ones during our stay. Showerhead needs replaced as wellEasy check in and good location.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad you had a nice stay overall and enjoyed the beachside location, covered designated parking, and our seamless check-in process. We appreciate your suggestions and are sharing your balcony furniture request with the owner. In addition to featuring all major appliances, the condo provides the following starter supplies: hand soap, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a roll of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shower bar soap, laundry detergent, and both caffeinated and decaffeinated 2 oz coffee bags with liquid creamers. These starter items provided are complimentary and are meant to cover your needs before you get to the store to do your shopping for your preferred products. Yes, Destination Amelia does not currently provide shower toiletries but we are looking to add those. As for beach gear, we always provide beach/pool towels in our units and in some units there are beach chairs and additional equipment. In the future if an item was not left in good shape by a previous renter, please let us know and we would be happy to help. For our guests who do prefer to rent beach equipment because they enjoy having it set up and waiting for them on the sand, we can provide local vendor discount codes for our guest's use. We stayed for a month at this rental. It was perfect for a couple. The location was ideal, near the beach, the boardwalk, and restaurants. It was generally a quiet unit and we appreciated the roofed parking.
