美しい、広々とした3階のオーシャンフロントコンドミニアム。リビング/ダイニングルームと両方のベッドルームにある床から天井までの仮想窓があり、息をtakingむようなオーシャンフロントビューを提供します。 フロントヤードで海を楽しみながらリラックスしてください！

メインビーチの南、フェルナンディナビーチに位置しています。 このため、私たちのビーチは夏の間ずっとライフガードで保護されています。 ショッピングやレストランが並ぶ歴史的なダウンタウンからわずか5マイル、フォートクリンチの入り口まで徒歩ですぐです。

ベッドルームは2つあり、1つはクイーンベッド、もう1つはキングに変換できるツイン2つがあります。 リビングルームにはクイーンサイズの寝台ソファがあり、合計6名収容可能です。 日の出を見たり、イルカが泳いだり、座って海の音を楽しんだりするのに最適な場所である、海に面した長いバルコニーがあります。

This condo was perfect!! Four high school friends in our 70’s who get together yearly. This condo has fabulous views and is very comfortable. Location is great for beach, shopping and restaurants. We will be back!

The condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. With six adults in our group, we had plenty of space to relax. Since the building only has a few units, it was quiet, and we never had to wait for the elevator.The beach accessories provided were such a thoughtful touch and much appreciated!We enjoyed dining right next door at the Sandbar. The food and service were excellent. We also made the short drive downtown a couple of times for shopping and nightlife. The area was clean, welcoming, and a lot of fun.Our host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Location location location .... !

How often can we find a vacation spot on the beach where we are never more than a glance away from the magnificent ocean? Rarely. Not only is the view magnificent from the vast windows in the living area, but also from both bedrooms! For 12 years we rented a beach cottage on Fort Myers Beach several weeks a year only to have it swept away in the wrath of a hurricane a few years ago. We were heartbroken. Having always loved Fernandina Beach we were so happy to find this condo in our search for a getaway spot we could return again and again..The condo is immaculate, parking is reserved and undercover, and Kathy has thought of everything for the comfort of her guests. She was never more than a phone call or text away when I had a question. She's just an amazing host and I can't say enough good things about her.The only, and I mean only, drawback is the exhaust fan from the restaurant just to the left below the condo, But I love The Sandbar being so close that within a day I was okay with it. I mention it as others have because if you're sensitive to that, you need to know its there.Adding to all the positives is the close proximity of downtown and two really great restaurants within walking distance. Along with a beautiful beach as our front yard, it all adds up to perfection.And perhaps the icing on the cake ... the sunrises.

Best condo in the building

Clean and well equipped. Walking distance to dining and beach. Ocean front. Treated to a view of a submarine returning to Kings Bay.

Totally Enjoyable

The condo was everything we could ever hope for in a vacation place, inside and out! Kathy provided us with everything we needed and she was so helpful and accessible throughout the week. We loved the comfort of the bed and livng room chairs. Our faorite place was sitting on the balcony! What a view! And the beach was right there so close. Home away from home

This condo was fantastic- it had literally everything you could need while away from home. No need to bring beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, laundry detergent, spices for cooking, etc. this was literally like staying my in someone else’s home instead of a totally empty condo with everything locked up. No need to go out and buy extra soap or trash bags. Kathy was truly generous with her space and making things super convenient. The location is great if you would like to be within walking distance of things.. close to Salt Life and Sandbar restaurants, surf shop, Pirates playground, etc. the beach itself is a little more crowded at this area as to be expected but it was totally manageable and we were there over Memorial Day weekend. The Pool is so-so, but most pools at these smaller condo properties are comparable. It’s just small but did the trick for my kids. They were quite happy to swim there. The beach view is as mentioned on other reviews… great view but you do have a partial view of the restaurant in front. It didn’t bother us but since we have small kids we didn’t spend a ton of time on the balcony. If you like to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean it would likely be bothersome. Overall we truly enjoyed the condo and our stay! Would recommend!!

Very clean and roomy condo

We very much appreciate the cleanliness of this condo. It was very big and felt like home! The location close to town was also great, as we love to go there. Also very close to the beach. The only downfall, as listed by others is its location right behind a restaurant. We love sitting on a balcony to hear the waves, but we were unable to do this due to the air conditioning noise and smell from the restaurant. We so wish this condo could be moved down the way a bit!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach, and it did not disappoint! The beaches were not crowded and it was so nice to really be able to relax. The condo was perfect. I loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We had one issue with the TV in the guest room (my teen wanted to watch a specific show or we wouldn't have even worried about it!) and our host, Kathy, was great about helping us resolve it. The restaurant next door is a little off-putting at first (noise from the air conditioning), which a few other people mentioned in reviews, but honestly, after a bit we never even noticed it! Kathy has everything you need for beach fun- we had chairs, bikes, sand toys, body boards... it was so well stocked we didn't need to bring a thing! We loved walking on the beach at sunrise every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and rent again!

Perfect beach view

Great location! Open the sliders and listen to the ocean. Very quiet building, we never heard other guests. Nice new fridge, washer, and dryer. We found about 20 shark teeth on the beach. Owner fabulous to deal with!

We absolutely loved this unit! Right on the beach, views from every window (except bathrooms), and right next door to the Sandbar (great for happy hour and yummy eats on the beach). The host, Kathy, was wonderfully accomodating. We will be back!

Magical Christmas in Amelia Island

My family and I had an incredible stay here over Christmas. The listing was accurate and the condo itself was above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of space for the three of us, we could have had a few more people join and still be comfortable. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. All instructions were clear and Kathy was quick to respond to any questions. Best of all, we were merely steps from the beach which for my daughter was just magical! Waking up to the sound and gorgeous views of the ocean was so restorative. Our family enjoyed that this location on Amelia is a bit quieter than other spots, and it’s super close to Fort Clinch State Park which was incredible to explore! The building is quiet, clean and so convenient with an elevator, covered parking and just a few steps to having your toes in the sand! We’re so grateful to have found this lovely home. If you’re trying to choose between this and other listings, I highly recommend this gorgeous place! We are already daydreaming about our next trip!

We had a great time! Good location for shopping in historic Fernandina!!! Great recommendations for food! good A Positive is that it is next to a restaurant with good food! A little negative is that it is right next to the restaurant.

I chose to buy this condo because I love the ocean, especially in Florida . I fell in love with Amelia Island the first time I visited.

I was amazed by this condo when we walked through the front door and immediately saw the palm trees and the ocean. I am still struck by it every time I open the front door! I also love that the unit itself is so spacious and open and has great views from all of the rooms.
