美しい、広々とした3階のオーシャンフロントコンドミニアム。リビング/ダイニングルームと両方のベッドルームにある床から天井までの仮想窓があり、息をtakingむようなオーシャンフロントビューを提供します。 フロントヤードで海を楽しみながらリラックスしてください！

メインビーチの南、フェルナンディナビーチに位置しています。 このため、私たちのビーチは夏の間ずっとライフガードで保護されています。 ショッピングやレストランが並ぶ歴史的なダウンタウンからわずか5マイル、フォートクリンチの入り口まで徒歩ですぐです。

ベッドルームは2つあり、1つはクイーンベッド、もう1つはキングに変換できるツイン2つがあります。 リビングルームにはクイーンサイズの寝台ソファがあり、合計6名収容可能です。 日の出を見たり、イルカが泳いだり、座って海の音を楽しんだりするのに最適な場所である、海に面した長いバルコニーがあります。

Beautiful condo in a great location. The host was organized and communicative, everything that we needed was in the condo and in good shape, and we enjoyed our stay very much. I was very happy with my choice and would definitely choose this condo again - highly recommended!

The place was great. Everything we needed, directly on the beach. Amazing views from the balcony. A couple great restaurants within walking distance as well.

Love the location, view and being close to main beach and restaurants. The condo is always clean and has everything we need. We book our next year’s vacation before we leave each year. Parking under the condo is a plus, so our vehicle is out of the sun.

Great oceanfront location with all the comforts of home. Owner thought of everything! Easy walk over the dune to lovely beach. Covered parking was convenient to elevator & kept car cool.

As soon as we walked into this condo, we both looked at each other and said wow, it smells so clean. Well it was very clean and equipped with anything you might think you need or desire. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Both bedrooms were clean, and the view from the living room / balcony was perfect. The the Florida weather allowed us to get a couple of great days on the beach even though it was King Tide. The main bedroom was very accommodating with a comfy bed, large bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of towels, etc. Restaurants were close, within walking distance for a couple of good ones and a short ride into Fernandina was no problem. The host was extremely helpful, providing all the details for check in/out prior and made it very easy for us to get in when we needed.Ice maker in the refrigerator was great, it kept up with our needs for drinks, filling our cooler for the day's on the beach and never ran out. We will definitely be staying here again, maybe make it an annual trip since there was so much comfort staying here. The living room furniture was nice, not beat up and very comfortable. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about my experience with this condo, the location, or the host. While there was not much need to communicate, Kathy was quick to respond when we did. Easiest check in/out and such a nice spot, we'll definitely be back.Thank you Kathy for sharing this lovely home with us.

This condo was perfect!! Four high school friends in our 70’s who get together yearly. This condo has fabulous views and is very comfortable. Location is great for beach, shopping and restaurants. We will be back!

Great location!

Wonderful oceanfront unit in a great location. Easy to access Egans Creek for morning bike rides, and stop in town for a late lunch. Unit is well appointed, new appliances, comfortable beds, and all the comforts of home!

I chose to buy this condo because I love the ocean, especially in Florida . I fell in love with Amelia Island the first time I visited.

I was amazed by this condo when we walked through the front door and immediately saw the palm trees and the ocean. I am still struck by it every time I open the front door! I also love that the unit itself is so spacious and open and has great views from all of the rooms.
