Sea Nook is at the Beach!
**Please note that there is a 90-day Nassau County Shore Protection Project that has begun as of May 2025 near E. 2nd Street, just north of Main Beach Park and this property. It involves machinery pumping sand onto the beach from offshore and being graded into place by bulldozers and other equipment. It will temporarily impact this condo's beachfront and could cause noise disturbances as it moves south toward Seaside Park on Sadler Road. The beach will still be accessible but may be impeded in sections by piping and the construction work taking place. Please reach out for further details and project updates.**
Welcome to Sea Nook! This quaint condo is located in the Terraces at Beachside, a small 15-unit oceanfront complex with direct beach access. Very quiet, clean and comfortable, it is the perfect place for an Amelia Island getaway or retreat. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, HDTV and wireless internet access.
The unit has been recently remodeled and now has a king size bed. Beach towels, a couple chairs, a cooler, and two bicycles are provided with the condo. The building is locked 24/7 and access is only possible with a code and/or provided keys.
Conveniently, there is a restaurant next door with a patio that is perfect for lunch and dinner, or for enjoying cocktails after a day spent at the beach.
The Terraces at Beachside is located 200 yards from Fort Clinch State Park and a 1/4 mile from the entrance to the Egan's Creek Greenway. The historic town of Fernandina Beach is a short one-mile car or bike ride away. Stroll the streets of Fernandina and visit the museums, shops and fine restaurants. The marina is a great place to catch the sunset.
If this unit is not exactly what you are looking for or if you are traveling with family or friends, take a look at our other two properties on this floor (102 and 103 Terraces at Beachside) - as we have a total of three units there. We also manage 201 Terraces at Beachside on the next level up as well.
*Please note that this building is smoke free and pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Our property does not have ocean views and it does not have a balcony or outdoor living space.
