Cute and clean getaway

We loved our stay here. Place was comfortable, clean, and very cutely decorated. Walk to the beach was short. Customer service was amazing. Check in and access was easy. We were in Unit A which is upstairs. There is a small covered deck with outdoor seating area but only two chairs. The small backyard had a table and chairs but we did not access.

Location

We were first placed in unit A which I incorrectly assumed was the first floor. Wrong 13 steps and two days later we requested a change with management. I am 79 years old and 13 steps was difficult. Management was wonderful they agreed and we ended our trip having a great time!

Make sure you know what you are renting! We were fooled by the property title.

At the time of booking,this rental was titled “entire home“ which has now been corrected. Listing still shows as an amenity “gym/exercise room” which I have yet to find. The shared fenced in backyard needs a lot of work, broken gate with one small patio area in middle to seat 4, not user friendly when shared between two different families. Shared outside trash cans where renters were responsible to take to curb on trash day was a huge problem. With no garbage disposal and renters who exceeded occupancy each day, cans stayed full and had no assistance taking overflowing cans to curb. The shared driveway with 2 car limit was a pain, other renters, had 3 - 4 cars their entire stay and parked on both sides of grass/gravel areas making it difficult to pull in and out of driveway (once they blocked us in). Dishwasher was full upon our arrival. Family room furniture needs replacing, no support. Could not wipe off feet or dog after beach walk because of missing outside water spigot handle. If you had the entire home this would have been an ok rental.
