Apartment of 27 m2 and its private numbered parking in the residence "Le Jamaic". In the Couchant district, with its large beaches. The area is very quiet, with a lot of greenery.

WEEK rental from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, or fortnight possible. Animals, even small ones, are not accepted. There is no baby equipment.

The apartment is non-smoking, it was renovated in 2020 for 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) on the north side, with air conditioning and free private wifi.

Description of the apartment:
-The kitchen area includes: Top refrigerator with freezer compartment, multifunction oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker (flat pods), toaster, 2-burner induction hob, plenty of storage.
-The living room: quick sofa = express opening (bed 140*190 + mattress protector), coffee table, carpet, a large cupboard, with plenty of storage, flat screen TV fixed to the wall and adjustable, Rowenta cordless vacuum cleaner in the large cupboard
-The bedroom closes with a sliding door with a bunk bed of 140*190 (bottom), 90*190 (top)
-The bathroom: 70 x 70 shower, sink, storage unit, toilet, washing machine

You will enjoy the terrace on which the floor has been covered with a very pleasant artificial grass. A table + 4 chairs. You can have all your meals!

What I provide:
-4 pillows, summer duvets, disposable mattress pads
- all household products except laundry detergent.

Bed linen, towels, bathroom rugs, dish towels not provided

When you leave: You must tidy up the apartment, wash and dry dishes, put dishes in cupboards and throw away trash.

-The large Plage du Couchant is 4 minutes away by a wooded pedestrian path. You will come across ducks and rabbits at certain times of the day. Reach the beach by turning right at the exit of the residence "access 37 or 38"
-The city center is a 30-minute walk away.
-To do your shopping: supermarkets: Lidl and Super U 6 minutes walk away, an organic store at the entrance to the port, SPAR at the sunset shops
-The market in the downtown: Wednesday morning and Sunday morning.
-The first shops and services: at the ROXIM center 1 minute away (restaurants, rotisserie, tobacconist/newsagent, grocery store, bakery, bar with terrace) by turning left at the entrance of the residence.....
