Overlook Fall River and the Rocky Mountains from the patio of cozy Unit 103. This ¾-bath suite with kitchenette features its own two-person jetted tub and gas grill with table and chairs. Enjoy an evening in front of the gas fireplace on a queen-size bed with cable TV and free DVD movie rentals or explore downtown shopping and dining five minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests one mile away and your stay includes a heated pool and on-site fishing in the summer with complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps two.

Great location for entry to Rocky Mountain National Park

Location was the best part of this place; only 0.5 miles to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The room itself seemed out out-dated and the jacuzzi tub took up a huge portion of the room. The fireplace was a nice addition. The kitchen section was extremely small with a very small refridgerator. Also it is on lower floor and all luggage needed to be carried up and down stairs. If you are planning to spend most of your day into evening in the park and not do meals in the room then it is an ok place to stay. In addition the laundry room was only open from 9-4:00 - the time when you will most likely be at the park. This place reminded me of a college dorm from the 70’s.

RMNP Gateway

Overall, this is a cost effective option with an excellent location to get to RMNP. The property is simple and plain. Nothing great, nothing bad. Our keys/entry packet was missing when we arrived, so we had to call the emergency property management number and they send a worker to give us our keys and info (about a 15 minute wait).The room is simple and basic accommodations are met. If you are looking for a basic place to have a place to lay your head after visiting RMNP this is perfect. If you are looking for a fancier place, this is not the place for you. It was good for what we were looking for, as we were barely in our room. Everything was clean and no issues.

It was peaceful

The whole stay was amazing but I did have an issue with our shower door not closing all the way. Also, the bed was smaller than advertised. It is cozy. Fireplace is amazing and the jacuzzi was nice. It does slowly drain thought when plugged

Fawn Valley Inn

Clean and easily accessible. The room was perfect for two people. I like that they don't do room service checks. I like my privacy so it was nice to be able to have that.

Weekend Stay

We arrived at the property after the front desk was closed. They had our check in information and keys conveniently located right outside the entrance. The staff were all very nice and accommodating with any needs we had. The property is in a great location minutes away from downtown Estes Park and the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Estes Park!

Comfortable room, close to RMNP entrance.

Room had every thing we needed. Front desk was able to keep us supplied with full caffeine for the Kureg. Lovely deck over looking creek, nice to sit and listen to the water. For safety, a step stool to help get into and out of jetted tub would be good as well as a good bath mat. The bath and hallway tiles were very slippery when wet.
