Featuring a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full bath (shower only), and full kitchen, this suite provides a beautiful alpine setting for evenings-in. Enjoy satellite TV with free DVD movie rentals, on-site fishing, and wildlife watching in Rocky Mountain Nation Park just one mile away. Stays include a heated pool in the summer and complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps four.

Great place to stay near RMNP. And much bigger than the pictures indicate! There was plenty of floor space around the dining area even after we had folded out the couch bed.

The room was larger than I thought. The bed was comfortable. I loved the location and being able to enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains.

Estes Park getaway

When I booked the stay, I thought I had booked a place with two rooms, not 1 bed and a sofa sleeper. My daughter slept on the sofa sleeper, and it squeaked and made sounds all night. She said it was very uncomfortable. The 3rd floor was a steep climb, even for someone my age and carrying groceries and other things. We made the best of it and enjoyed the pool and the grill. We also enjoyed the river that runs by the area.

We will definitely have our maintenance staff look at the sofa sleeper. Please, in the future, let us know of any issues while on property as we have staff available to assist. We also have two bedroom units that we can direct you to if you are planning on visiting again. We are glad that you enjoyed the seasonal pool, and were able to enjoy grilling in the fresh mountain air. Listening to the river flow is also a treat. Nice property needing small changes

We stayed for 3 nights. Below is what we experienced Pros - nice large property for 4. Clean and neat. - right next to river and very silent area - the kitchen was well stocked - very close to fall river entrance of rmnp which is less crowded Cons - The shower area and the overall bathroom was small and when you shower, given the curtain size, lot of water spills out. No soap holders - the sofa bed was thin and can accommodate only one person comfortably Overall, it's a good property which needs minor adjustments

Chandra: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and other guests. We are glad you enjoyed the sound of Fall River, and being so close to town and the National Park. I am sorry that you encountered some issues while staying with us. We certainly could have assisted you while on property had we known you were having concerns. We could have replaced the shower liner, or provided additional protection from water spillage. We could have also provided a soap holder. Sofa beds are not as comfortable as physical beds. Although, we do purchase the upgraded foam mattresses to help as much as possible with the comfort of a sleeper. In the future, a two bedroom unit may work better for you where you can have two physical beds. We appreciate your input, and will certainly look into your suggestions. We hope you will be able to stay with us again sometime in the future. Jamie
