A variety of lake toys, a complete fully stocked gourmet kitchen with brand new Kitchenaid appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, double ovens, and a microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has ample room to gather and entertain. Private swim dock, outdoor patio, fire pit, smart HDTV, lake toys, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

Lake Effects will bring your watercraft directly to our dock and come pick it up at the end of your stay! They have seamlessly served our property for over four years and have always taken the best care of our guests.

Looking to bring your own boat? The right side of our dock is equipped with bumpers and cleats for tying up. We also have a boat ramp adjacent to our property that is available for our guests to use. With a large driveway, you’re welcome to trailer your boat and store it in the driveway at the end of the day.

Our home is on a quiet street in Sherrills Ford. Out of respect to our neighbors, we will not be hosting parties or events. We are located off the Moorseville exit.

Driveway can fit up to 4 cars. The Charlotte Douglas airport is 35 minutes away and the Concord Airport is 48 minutes away. Great access to Uptown Charlotte, Denver, Moorseville, Davidson, and Cornelius. Lake Norman Marina is 10 minutes away with a variety of rental options.

- We host a maximum of 15 guests at all times on the property.
- No smoking of any kind on the property, including vaping. If you smoke inside or outside the home your reservation will be cancelled without refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.
- Dogs are acceptable (no cats due to owner allergy).
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Please use good judgement and respect our neighbors. Due to local ordinance, if we receive noise complaints your reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be required to vacate the premises.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
- Checkout time is 10:00 am.
- Minimum age of primary guest is 25 years old. Primary guests under 25 please inquire prior to booking.
