Welcome to Lewis House! This is a newly remodeled daylight basement apartment. It is fully independent and sparkling clean. It features a private entrance, a family room with a Smart TV and a completely equipped modern kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed, the other a full sized bed. Free Wifi. It is located one block from the University of Wyoming. There is available off street parking. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs are welcome with an additional $10/day fee.

Great location!

We stayed the night to move our daughter into UW. It was perfect for the 4 of us! We could easily walk to campus and fun restaurants downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Great communication and location!

First time visit to Laramie with my daughter, who is starting school in the fall. The location was great…near the campus as well as downtown. The property was clean communications were great. Would stay here again.

Cozy and Convenient

Plenty of space for us. Great location. Bed was comfortable. All the amenities needed. I did alert the property owner about some housekeeping needs. They were going to check into this.

Amazing Location

The location is perfect when visiting UW. My daugher attendend an engineering summer camp, and it was nice to be right there. It is a central location to everything.

Great Place to Stay

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. The location is fantastic - just one block from the UW campus. It's spacious, comfy and well appointed. Andrew is easy to reach, if needed.

Short but sweet!

We stayed at this property overnight during a cross country trip. It was exactly as advertised and very well appointed. It is a great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Cute lil apartment right near UW campus! Had everything we needed and the owner was extremely helpful in recommending local places to eat. Very accommodating too. We will be back!

Awesome Location

We had a great time in Laramie. This is the perfect location to get around town and travel to other areas. Andrew was very helpful, especially getting us to the location when we didn't have a taxi.

cute basement apartment

The apartment was VERY clean and had a well stocked kitchen for appliances and such. The only thing that was hard is that you can hear every move the upstairs tenants make. It is not that they were meaning to be loud, it is just that every footstep resonates to the downstairs. Overall, very happy with our stay!

I was looking for handicap accessible properties, this one came up bet i dont consider 8 steep steps very accessible. It said garden level basement but that can mean access at the ground level, this one is not. Once it it was a nice place to spend the night, but in and out were not what i wanted

We enjoy year round outdoor and athletic activities. We have also enjoyed the joys of travelling both nationally and internationally and have stayed at VRBO's and Airbnb's along the way. We know how wonderful a vacation or night away can be in a great vacation rental and we want to share our charming spot with others.
