The Lewis House-Upper Level-A peaceful spot!

Welcome to the Lewis House--Upper Level! Located one block from the University of Wyoming, in a quiet neighborhood with access to all of Laramie. This is a newly renovated fully independent apartment that is sparkling clean. It features a private front entrance, a family room with a Smart TV and a completely equipped modern kitchen. Both bedrooms feature new queen beds. Free Wifi. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs are welcome with an additional charge of $10/pet/day.

This apartment has been entirely renovated including landscaping! You`ll have access to the entire upstairs apartment! The bedrooms are spacious each with queen sized beds and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped for a night stay or an entire month with everything you need to cook and bake. The place has wonderful south facing exposure with large windows that provide warm and natural light into the living area.

During your stay you have access to the entire apartment that is independent from the downstairs. You can access the gated yard if you have a dog during your visit.

As hosts we live locally and are available to answer questions and provide assistance during your stay. All check-in and access is independent and access codes to door locks will be provided with check-in details and instructions once you have booked.

Our neighborhood is located one block from the northwest corner of the University of Wyoming. It is quiet, safe and residential. A local coffee shop is only one block away and a grocery store is down the street.

There is on street parking available during your stay. The free University of Wyoming shuttle bus stop is one block away and provides easy access to different parts of campus.

Wonderful Location

The Lewis House was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is close to downtown Laramie and across the street from the University of Wyoming. We had a great time walking through the campus.

Lovely place

What a great stay! Very lovely vintage home. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. One block from University of Wyoming, and 2 blocks from a wonderful coffee shop! We appreciate that our dog was welcome as well. Will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lewis House

The Lewis House is in a great location. It also has great charm. We could walk to campus events as well as downtown if needed. Could hop on our bikes and be anywhere in town as well as in five minutes to the Pilot Hill Recreation area for great mountain biking.

Highly Recommended Property in the Heart of Laramie

This property is one half of a house. We rented both halves in order to have both immediate family and extended family with us under one roof. That was fantastic! We had previously rented the other half of the house before and knew this would be a great place for our group. The property is one block from the UW campus. And there was a fenced yard for our pup! It's spacious, comfy and well appointed. Andrew is easy to reach, if needed.

Nice stop in a freezing, windy night in Laramie

This property was very nice. The owners were easy to work with and despite having entry issues upon arrival, we were easily able to overcome the obstacle. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to ID!

Exceeded all expectations!!!

I could not be more happy with our recent stay at the Lewis House! Spacious, clean, beautifully remodeled home close to campus. I had a couple of questions for the owners throughout the my eight day stay, and they were quick, courteous and professional in their response. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and I am Picky! Everything worked beautifully and I felt at home while I visited my son in Laramie. When I return, and I will, this will be where I stay!

Campus Neighborhood, Quiet & Safe ~ Convenient to Everything!

We highly recommend this super clean and cozy home with classic, historic charm. Easy to find and convenient to campus and downtown. We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend waking up to coffee on the porch after a great night's sleep in the comfy beds. Excellent communication with local owner as a trusted resource to anything you may need.

Gorgeous with great location!

Spacious upstairs of an authentic Laramie home- meticulously refurbished original windows, doors, floors, central heating grates and iron coal stove show character of the home while maintaining modern comfort and safety. Renovations using modern materials blend perfectly with the decor. Window a/c unit in the bedroom was wonderful in the late July heat. Full size appliances in the kitchen make this vrbo suitable for extended stays. Real talk: I am a big girl with a BMI of “obese” yet still under 225 lbs. it was a challenge to get in and out of the beautiful iron tub and shower. When seated on the toilet, my knees banged into the tub. This is no slight on the functionality or beauty of the bathroom- if you’re a larger person, you want to consider this. Location in Laramie is perfect- 2 blocks from the University and a few blocks from historic downtown. Andrew, the host, was attentive and helpful. Loved our stay here!
